Jewyoyo Returns

Jewyoyo: Returned?

Yes, that's right. I'm back. The face of this country has certainly changed, with many new players joining and old ones leaving. For the new players, a bit about myself. I am a former Israeli politician, reporter, soldier, and citizen. I served 9 times in Israel's congress and was Party President of political parties that are now ancient history. My political position I can sum up like this: Do what's good for Israel, and buck the rest. What this means is we need to look out for our national interest before other countries. Israeli survival supersedes adherence to the ethics of eForeign relations that some will often tout.

eIsrael: Very soon, she won't be so alone.

Why have I returned? The better question is why did I ever leave. Well, I'll tell you. The atmosphere was toxic here. Hebrew speakers and English speakers could not get along. English speakers were treated as second class citizens. So I left. I went to Russia, specifically Western Siberia. This was because in classical eRepublik, before Deer Fish and Fruit and whatever else, Western Siberia was the most resource rich region in the eWorld. Thus you can usually assume whatever country had got it was doing pretty well. At the time I moved the owner of Western Siberia was Poland, but eventually Russia got their Siberia back. At this point I took upon myself Russian citizenship to partake in the EDEN PTO of that same country, the largest scale PTO ever attempted.

What Siberia looks like.

The PTO was a fail, and needless to say, even copious amounts of vodka could not stave off the depression that living in Russia with Russian citizenship gave me. So I moved to the good old U S of A. In America I didn't make any money, but I got to fight in some battles and it was good. But when I heard eIsrael was about to get a few new neighbors, I knew it was time to return to Eretz Yisrael.

I hope the strife that led me to leave no longer plagues our country. If it does, oh well, I'm staying to fight anyway. But at this time, when we face new countries and an uncertain future, national unity (indeed, JEWISH unity) is needed more than ever. Please subscribe and vote.
