A Space Cowboy is running for Congress
Hello Everyone, may I just say that it is wonderful to be back in eRepbublik. I was gone for a while, some rl stuff got in the way. But, now I’ve been revived, much like the USWP, and I’m ready to work for you!
If you don’t who I am, I would not be surprised. I would love to take a moment and tell you a little bit about myself though.

However, with V2 upon us, we can’t have folks just running on what they’ve done. We need leaders with clear vision. We have many obstacles in our way, but with clear plans and dedication, we can meet all odds. We are the nation that succeeded a massive resistance war, destroyed an evil empire, and lead to one of the longest periods of peace and prosperity in eUS history.
Therefore, with out further a due, I would like to share with you all my vision for eUS!
Economic Policy: a new model for our new module
Needless to say, everything has changed since V2 started.
I can easily say that at the moment, we are in an economic slowpoint. Therefore, action is needed, but not so immediate that we make mistakes and send ourselves down a worse spiral than we are in already.
-We need the Treasury Department to work, hand in hand, with Congress and the President, too form a new economic model for the V2 module.
-eRupiblik Rising has given us an oppurtunity to privatize a lot of our services. That being said, I feel we must help business start up, once we have developed the new economic model.
-Helping these new industries build up will involve two main elements, education and finance.
-I still feel we must remain a low import tax nation, and I will defend that policy in Congress.
Military and Security: Victory for eUSA
As an eRep veteran of WWIII, I have seen what good and bad strategy can do to a country. Much like our economic policy, our Military strategy needs to be reassesed. Until then, I would not support any major offensives. In the mean time, we need citizens to keep training while the Joint Chiefs and the President devise a strategy. I feel this strategy should entail:
-Chokehold points. Devan Kronos put it well. The fortress state system we knew, is now obsolete. However, chokehold points for ressistance efforts are still plausible. Therefore, I would propose assesing if we need either one major chokehold region, or multiple ones around the country.
-We need to assess who has the most military skill points, and try to get them to enlist in the militrary ASAP, if they have not been already added.
-We need to examine what other countries are doing, and see if their strategies are appropirate for us.
Foreign Policy: Hammarskjold would be proud
While we reassess our economic and defense systems, I feel we need to keep a very active Department of State. We need to keep our foreign relations, so we don’t get into a military action before our Military strategy is completely worked out. Also, I hope that we can learn from our friends, and they can learn from us.
-We need to get more people to serve as ambassadors and deputies, and I feel we should try our best to tap congress members, as well as party officials
-We need to establish who our closest friends, and spend time sharing our ideas for V2.
Domestic: Ensuring we have a government that benefits all citizens
As I have stated repeatedly, V2 has changed a lot of things in eRepublik. Thus our government needs to make a lot of new policies in the next two months. We need to ensure that new policies are made public and well known.
-Ensure that the media is on our side. Keep using Media Moguls in the DoM.
-Ensure that we have a Department of Education that is accessible to all who need it, establishing Pell Grants to young players who wish to establish themselves in eRep.
-Coordinate with parties to retain players, provide further education, and recruit new people to play. Let’s incentivize this program as much as we can.
Aside from everything else:
Together we have strength beyond all measure. Do your part. Follow DoD orders. SUPPORT THE CAUSE
