I'd stay around to build another. I'd rather see more people stay so it would go quicker than 3 months.

I personally would like to see another one built as I think it could be quite beneficial to our nation's treasury.

This one took about 2 1/2 months and that with a very limited workforce, if enough people are interested I can talk to the congress about raising up the salaries a small bit to make our wages a bit more competitive.

In the end, its just a matter of whether people are willing to do this for one more month and see Thailand reap the rewards for it.

You know Emerick had a contract system for his wood company for a while. Basically, people signed up for 1 or 2 months, and got a steady, though higher than normal, salary. I wonder if we could just bring in 5 or 6 people for a month to work on it.

I'd forgo my salary to allow you to offer more to others. It wouldn't make much of a difference to me daily.

I went to work in Land for a bit to make some more money. I need it to buy weapons. 😃

We should never export defense systems until all of our regions are protected.

As for staying as an employee, I'm kinda tired of having below 70 wellness on a regular basis. The high quality food still isn't available given our wages and their prices. I'll think it over and decide soon.

I estimate it at around 75 days. For most of that, we had 7-9 workers (9-10 counting inactives), with an average skill level in the 4s, and an average Wellness around, hmm, 75?

Sadly, HQ Food isn't worth it. Gifts provide twice as much Wellness per quality level on the high end, and just as much down at the middle. I've generally just been eating Q1 or Q2 Food (in a Q2 House), and making up the difference periodically with a pile of Gifts. Not cheap, and it probably actually costs slightly more than I make even with the recent pay increases, but kinda sorta almost manageable. Ish.

(Okay, when I stumbled across ~40 Q4 Food overseas for 8 THB per back in January, that helped, even if I only ate around half of it myself. But for the most part, it's been crappy Food and Gift binges.)

I would like to keep working IF I get more care from the government.the wages are low for a Q4 company.even with Q2 house I had trouble keeping my wellness in a good level
