there is no reason for any food except for q1 as long as you are not taking part of real war.
q1+hospital is all you need.
the higher quality food is only for getting to 40% wellness in case that you have got lower or for being able to have 1 more battle in important war.

I agree with you, but I have to say that raising import tax on food to 50% is way to much- I do believe it should be raised but not by that much. you might be scaring away many possible people which could come and open companys here. also, their might be a situation in wich we will need to import food from an allay so he will import our exports.

We have pretty consistent war games, and I never have bought Q4/5 food, I agree that for food we don't need it, but gifts at Q4/5 may be helpful.

And the major problem? This all started because of a single Pakistani food company... the major problem is we could raise import tax to 99% and that Pakistani company can still undercut every single one of our domestic companies because of Pakistan's economy structure. This is also why South Korea was so dangerous. Their products are SO cheap, nothing you can do can stop their importation.

If you are going to increase import tax on food to 50%, it will do nothing at all to stop the Pakistani company but it will end Q4 and Q5 food to our country which people need. Not everyone works in a Q1/2 company, and not everyone owns an Org to gift themselves.

If this is what you all want, thats fine, but 50% will do nothing at all. Set food import at 99% and hope you cut into the profit of the company importing enough to where they don't want to make 10% anymore instead of 100%... Most likely though, they are still going to sell here

i agree that we do not need the q4 and q5 food i myself have only bought q1 food the whole time i have played this game except a few times i have donated money to a friend to buy me a gift and gift me however i did vote no on the import tax raise. I am still all for the government working with you to get you a export license under certain terms of course... in another article Buzzy responded opposing giving private companies export liscenses but i think if congress as a whole would work together and come up with terms of doing something like this it might help us as a whole

Buzzy, you are almost the only one who did not read my article. I said that we can use GIFTS for increasing our wellness, instead of Q4 and Q5 food which is pretty expensive. I made 2 calculations with gobba's tool for wellness. Please don't be against this idea.

Eyal Zilberman, I think that all other countries use 99% import tax on food 😃. Please try to take a look at this.

I make all the best for Israel, such as CHEAP GRAIN, even if you don't want to see Israeli grain in our markets, because it is not effective 🙂. The grain from Israel is almost at the same price as the grain from outside of the country, but it is NOT IMPORTED.
