Isn't it Obvious #2

Okay, as you know kiwis, the government is flipping around locations to fight on the island. The island is now split in half, vwith Aukland and Wellington occupied by chile, and Otago occupied by Australia. Many people are wondering why we are purposely loosing all these battles, well it's real simple really.
Remember when we helped with that RW in the Mid-Andes? Well after that battle, the government has been thinking that some Argies saw Kiwis fighting in the battle, and so they wanted payback. So we allow the Chileans to win the last couple of battles to "protect" us from another massive Argie invasion. Same thing with Australia. Plus Chile's ally's have been helping them a lot so it makes it unfair. So this is government per caution.
Well I mean no disrespect for the NZ Government or XZ, but this a pussy way out. The logic behind it is weird. Get whipped by two country's so we don't get whipped by another. It doesn't make sense! I mean, Argentina is more powerful then us, but that doesn't mean we are to coward away. There is a saying "Luck favors the Bold". Our soliders are ready to fight, and we have high spirits, let the Argies come, we are ready for them people!

but you are not wiped out you have 1 region left

Feel free to spend all your RL money fighting against a country 12 times bigger than us.
Fighting a country like Argentina when our Allies cannot support us b/c they are also struggling does not make us brave, it just makes us stupid. This is a game based off of tactical strategy, for a country to survive you need the best strategy, not the most brute force. If we take on Argentina we will lose, we will waste valuable resources, and in the end we gain nothing. However if countries who are more on the same playing field as us occupy NZ there is a better chance for us to take back our regions, especially if they aren't planning on taking over our regions for a long period of time or just don't have the strength to do so, whereas Argentina wants to occupy us for the long term.
It's better to die trying then die doing nothing dude.
thank you for your input... i'll definitely invite you to my next strategy session.
Appreciate the spirit behind the article Naxhi, but its a bit off track.
eArg wants to capture and keep Auckland for it's grain bonus, eNZ is no match for eArg, and because ONE is currently pressed all over, the reality is we won't get sufficient support to hold and would be in for a long hard fight for independence.
We saw the invasion coming, and tried to block eArg with the RW in the mid-Andies. This failed but eChile agreed to help out by using the TW we were in (an initiative of the eNZ administration to strengthen regional ties) to block eArg at Auckland.
The plan worked but eChile's assistance was portrayed by eArg as showing eChile has pro-One leanings in conflict with its membership in TEDEN, which eChile didn't need. So whether to save face, or as part of a cunning plan to use the TW as cover for an invasion (there is a chat transcript floating around suggesting this so it is hard to be certain about eChile's true motivations), eChile launched a full blown invasion of eNZ, which combined with eAus intervention resulted in a wipe.
From what I can ascertain about the eAus involvement, it is officially a TW (although wiping us in Canterbury was a bit rough), but also intended to keep eArg at bay by having them take over eChile's blocking role. I assume this is as eAus is out of the big alliances at the moment so it's less controversial for them to do this than it was for eChile, but it could also be the eNZ administration is now cautious about eChile's reliability given the above.
In any case, it has kept eArg out, but it should be noted the eArg situation isn't over and they are still pressing to invade (hence them fighting for eNZ in recent fighting in Auckland so they can open up the approach to eNZ again).
So I'm sure someone in Cabinet will correct me if I'm horribly wrong with the above, but in summary, its not a case of dieing doing nothing, it's a complex scenario and for what it's worth IMO XZ is playing it well
Sorry for the essay above😁
ran out of room but want to add voted and subbed - I may disagree with the conclusions Naxhi but debate is healthy and entertaining
Okay I guess what you said makes sense
P.S XZ, enough with the wise cracks okay?
Its no fun being squashed by a nation that so out weighs you. Been there done that. Best to avoid any direct conflict with Argentina.
It would be nice to hear from you government guys every once and a while, just to keep us informed about your plans.
Publish more articles and explain the situation to your fellow kiwies.
: )
I appreciate your bravery ,mate. But dont forget, use your brain too. Bravery without brain=silliness. And remember again that we didnt have rich tanks or resources like big countries had. so fight smart n efficient. Obey what gov NZ said.
@all kiwis that want to be participated in join effort to regain our homeland, enter #nzarmy IRC server rizon.u can debate gov,ask to gov, help supplying, help hit or guard bf. All within coordination n communication.thx u.
All in all, and inspite we are enemies, and we do want to wipe you... I must say we have the ut most respect for you guys. You´re a nice bunch of lads, but sadly you are on the other side. Our real issue is with Chile and Australia falling into this move... but from NZ´s side, this has been a brilliant move and very well played. We´ll see what happens later on and hopefully my side comes through and invades :3 it´ll be lovely to be bordering Australia AND Chile from New Zealands territories... exciting times will come for the region, oooooh yes.
Sorry naxhi26... I'm just a little tired of being bashed in public. With that being said, I was elected to make the tough decisions and the toughest decision of all! Say what you will, but with all the facts in place, I think my cabinet and I gave us a chance at a short term wipe with a quick recovery, instead of months and months of tough fighting trying to retake our regions from Arg.
Extir hit the nail on the head... very good analysis mate o7
