Is this still the current citizen message?

Day 771, 20:59 Published in Singapore Singapore by Charles Martel

As a citizen in eRepublik, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a huge online environment, where you can change the course of history.

Starting tips:
- Get a job - in order to gather the resources needed for living you'll need to earn money from your work.
- Buy food - its essential for you as a Citizen to have something to eat every day.
- Achieve experience points - in order for you to enable new features in the New World.
Working every day and having food units in your inventory, will help you achieve experience points daily.

Good luck! - Arbryn, President of eSingapore

Really? We have changed it since Arbryn was president? We should probably not change it until the next administration comes in and gets a congress, but this really is unacceptable. I don't blame the president at all, since he tried to get it changed, but we should have some sort of committee or something writing up the new text of the citizen message, pending the announcement of the next president's cabinet.

My suggestions:
Better recommendations on how to get started. "Earn experience points" is not useful advice. &quot😉on't get a land job" is. Plato's going to be telling them the same stuff in much greater detail.
Provide links to where they can see the text in Malay, Tamil, and Chinese, the other languages of Singapore.
More patriotism, to rile people up.
