Is selling/trading your account ok?

If you ask the admins if its legal to give/sell your citizen account to another player you will most likely get this answer:


Can I give my citizen account to another player?
No, you may NOT transfer your account to another player. This is clearly described in item 3.2 of the Terms of Service.

"Any user identification name and password chosen or provided to you for your access to the eRepublik.com Service shall be for your personal use only and is non-transferable."

This means you cannot give your account to another citizen or player for free or for payment.
This is fine, but the problem comes when you know they are doing exceptions, especially for friends and the top influence accounts. They are inn fact telling us one thing and doing another thing.

So what do you think? is it ok that accounts like Scymex

WE WANT THE SAME RULES FOR EVERYONE, IF SOME ARE ALLOWED TO BUY AND SWAP ACCOUNTS THEN ALL SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO DO IT, OR NONE!!
