Irish Culture Sort Of
Octavius Dryst
My favorite WW1 inspired songs, though one of them is more for the Aussies and the New Zealanders.
Green Fields of France
Waltzing Mathilda
I feel that these songs mesh together well. There will be more to come and hopefully it will all be impartial. Though I fear my leaning towards the Irish nationalists will shine through. That concern aside I hope you enjoy the music. Always makes me wish we had wargames going on ha.

WW1 = Irish Culture?
We didnt have a world war we had an "emergency"
that was wwII Teut... but ya I never associated WWI with Irish culture dispite the thousands that fought in it. Pity... was a pretty pointless war of imperialism.
Lots of Irish soldiers died, though the country itself wasnt so much at the heart of the issue. Just like the songs, makes me feel proud of my Irish heritage.
