Introduction & Exploration

Day 681, 23:21 Published in USA USA by Romano B

I lived in California as long as I can remember when I started out. Back in late 2008, I decided to travel for a while, to see the world, observe economic conditions, things like that. Starting from around early August, I made my way back to the USA, the land of my birth, and my real homeland. I had been traveling for some time throughout Europe, even landing a responsible government position in Croatia for a time. Though it was temporary, a month, I made sure to support the country of my grandparents as well as I could, and vote on sensible decisions. I felt the urge to return to the United States, however, because America was under a threat it had not witnessed before. My patriotism was the main reason to hold off on my little world tour there. What went on was a massive power-struggle between the USA itself, Russia, Indonesia, Hungary, Canada, and even later Columbia. The entire nation was a mess. It was battered. May as well refer to it as World War III. However, we succeeded in taking back nearly every state so far, bar Washington and Alaska, it seems.

Now, with my introduction said, I have plans to visit other nations again sometime soon. As one-dimensional as that seems, there's something said about travel. I also plan on taking certain things into account when on my temporary moves, such as job availability, political leadership, and even national culture.
