Introducing the new UK tutorial + Program for new citizens

Well, this article will not be very long but I'm proud to announce it.

The new UK tutorial is ready.

These last weeks, eUK had a babyboom and following that, I decided to realize the idea that I had when I was Country President.

At that time, I discovered that Poland used a blog with a lot of articles for their babies. I found the idea excellent and wanted that UK had the same.
However, at that time, we were more focused to other things (battles for congress).

Now, I am more available than when I was CP and I decided to do something similar.

Well, the idea is that even if a tutorial is excellent, a new player needs something about a precise point and doesn't want to read a lot of things. Also, after 3 days, it begins to be hard to find a tutorial.
To finish, no need long articles, Pictures can say 100 times what you can write.
