Bun găsit tuturor, astăzi, Partidul Justice, va prezintă un interviu cu un om pe care mulți îl cunoașteți. Este vorba despre fostul președinte al partidului Justice, un interviu luat în ultimele ore îaninte de alegerile pentru CP.
De ce acum? Căci el este reprezentantul nostru pentru aceste alegeri.
Este cunoscut lumii întregi ca 0000ZERO0000, care a avut și mai are ceva de spus în eviața politică a eRomaniei.

Overeem Ali: Salut! Bine te-am găsit și îți mulțumesc pentru timpul acordat pentru realizarea acestui interviu.
Zero: Salut! E plăcerea mea stai liniștit.

Overeem Ali: Mulți te cunosc în acest joc, dar puțini știu cum e Zero înafara jocului... ce ne poți spune despre omul din spatele acestui username?
Zero: Omul din spatele username-lui poate fi considerat foarte bine un zero. Atunci când este nevoie de mine mă lipesc de câte "unu" și împreună să facem un 10. Când consider că sunt înconjurat de nulități mă amestec în mulțime și privesc, dacă e cazul mă și amuz. Nu pot fi acuzat de indiferență, dar mă gândesc la vorbele tatălui meu care îmi spunea prin adolescență: "când intri prima data într-un grup caută să descoperi mai întâi proștii, să ști de cine să te ferești. Cum faci asta? determină-i să vorbească." Îmi place să respect oamenii cu care intru în contact, dar sunt extrem de acid și chiar vulgar când sunt atacat fără motiv. Urăsc să fiu acuzat pe nedrept sau să fiu "executat" fără judecată. Îmi asum ÎNTOTDEAUNA acȚiunile sau cuvintele. Nu iau hotărâri pripite. În general gândesc cel puțin trei zile înainte de a lua o hotarare vitală și NICIODATĂ nu-mi schimb hotararea... chiar dacă asta mă poate costa propria viață.

Overeem Ali: Acum că am aflat atâtea lucruri despre persoana din spatele nickname-ului, ce ne poți spune despre istoria ta în joc? când a început? cum a decurs? ce ai învățat?
Zero: Am început să joc eRepublik prin anul 2010. Nu mai rețin exact data primei înregistrări. Căutam să scriu ceva pe blog și astfel am aflat de joc. Prima experiență nu a fost foarte fericită și asta mi se datorează 100%. Am făcut imprudența să amestec viața reală cu cea din joc. Nu a fost bine și am făcut cerere de ștergere a contului ceea ce s-a și întâmplat. După aproximativ șase luni am revenit din pură curiozitate, să văd cum a mai evoluat sau involuat jocul... și am ramas. Cu primul cont mi-am făcut stagiul în GN, am urmat toți pașii obișnuiți unui "recrut", apoi am fost invitat în FSR, unde sunt și astăzi. Odată cu al doilea cont deja eram rodat și, cu mici rectificări de atitudine, am ajuns unde sunt astăzi. Am folosit și cardul de câteva ori dar nu sunt un plătitor înrăit. Am atins nivelul de "SILVER MEMBER" și nu am niciun gând de a deveni GOLD sau mai mult. Am învățat multe pe parcursul jocului, dar cel mai important lucru îl consider a fi: VIAȚA REALĂ NU TREBUIE AMESTECATĂ CU JOCUL". Nu sunt cel mai mare strateg sau politician al eRomaniei dar ținând cont că jocul are la baza COMUNICAREA între jucători consider că m-aș descurca într-o funcție prin care să pot reprezenta comunitatea românească.

Overeem Ali: Din câte se pare ai intuit ce urmează să te întreb, ce abilități militare, politice și diplomatice sunt necesare ca să devi lider al unei țări din eRepublik?
Zero: Eu consider că e foarte important să ști să comunici în acest joc. În spatele fiecărui cont există un om independent 100% față de pseudo-mecanismele formate în acest joc. Dacă știi să comunici cu omul din spatele username-lui atunci vei reuși să comunici cu întreaga echipa din care face parte: partid sau unitate militară. Jocul este dominat de cutume de care trebuie să ții cont atunci când te gândești la schimbări. Mulți poate nu realizează un punct foarte important al acestui joc: este jucat la nivel internațional. În aceste condiții un lider trebuie să știe să-și motiveze colegii de joc, astfel încât jucătorii străini să fie determinați să strângă din dinți și să spună: "al dracului românii ăștia". Nimeni nu se naște învățat, iar calitățile se capătă prin exercițiu. Dacă ești un bun comunicator cu siguranță vei deveni un bun strateg și un bun diplomat. A fi lider nu înseamnă doar să dai ordine și restul să execute. A fi lider înseamnă să ști să asculți, să discerni și să iei cele mai bune decizii în numele celor ce te sprijină.

Overeem Ali: Să vorbim acum despre alianțe. Cum ai folosi putere economică, UM-urile, firmele și putere militară... pe care le deține eRomânia, în alegerea alianțelor?
Zero: Așa cum spuneam și mai devreme, jocul este dominat de cutume sau vechi prietenii. Alianțele se fac greu și se strică printr-un click. Nu m-aș aventura la schimbarea alianțelor pe care eRomania le are, dar cred că aș promova încercarea formării unei alianțe între statele balcanice. Știu asta se bate cap în cap cu alianțele actuale. Eu nu spun că această alianță e musai de făcut într-o noapte. Nici nu cred că se poate realiza într-un singur mandat de CP, dar aș face această propunere, mai întâi cetățenilor români și în funcție de poziția lor, lucrurile să capete contur sau să rămână la capitolul idei proaste. În ceea ce privește economia, nu cred că se poate face mare lucru din poziția de CP. Modulul e varză și asta nu se datorează niciunui jucător. E treaba lui Plato și echipei sale. Cred că aș încuraja jucătorii să-și facă firme până la stadiul de auto-susținere. Dacă un jucător își asigură minimul necesar din ceea ce consumă zilnic, eu cred că e bine. Unitățile militare și partidele sunt vitale bunului mers al unei țări. Dacă nu colaborezi cu ele te poți apuca de TETRIS sau SOLITAIRE. Unitățile și partidele de top sunt conduse de oameni destul de cerebrali, doar că mai trebuie aplanate animozitățile dintre aceste formațiuni și aici e treabă de președinte.

Overeem Ali: Cât despre Bulgaria, câtă importanță îi vei da? care ar fi mersul luptelor cu ei?
Zero: Deși spuneam că sunt pentru o alianță a țărilor balcanice, relația cu eBulgaria va fi decisă în urma dezbaterilor la nivel strategic cu liderii militari și politici. La momentul actual cred că bulgarii ne iubesc ca sarea în ochi. E greu să revii la sentimente mai bune, dar nu imposibil. Să nu uităm că eram frați cu eCroația, de nici Dumnezeu nu ne despărțea.

Overeem Ali: Cum vei reuși să împaci interesele diferite ale partidelor? Ce puncte de interes comun vei găsi?
Zero: Voi răspunde în ordine inversă. Punctul de interes comun este clar: eROMANIA. Oricât de solitar ai fi în acest joc, sentimentul de mândrie și mulțumire că numele țării tale apare la imperii sau la țări "greu de ucis" este unul de neegalat. Atâta vreme cât interesele partidelor diferă este bine și asta pentru că va apărea compeția. Eu voi căuta să culeg ce-i mai bun din interesele lor și să ofer comunității. Rolul unui președinte este să scoată ce este mai bun din unitățile militare sau partide și să fie imparțial la mediere.

Hello everybody, today, the Justice Party gives you an interview with a man that many of you know. It’s about the e😜resident of the Justice Party, an interview taken in the last hours before the elections for country presidency take place.
Why now? Because he is our representative for these elections.
He is known to all as 0000ZERO0000, who had and still has a lot to say in the political e-life of eRomania.

Overeem Ali: Hi, how are you, thank you for your time and for beeing available for this intreview.
Zero: Hello, it is my pleasure.

Overeem Ali: Many knows you in this game but only few knows who is Zero outside the game... what can you tell us about the man behind the nick?
Zero: The man behind the nick can be considered an ‘’zero’’. When I’m needed I find an ‘’one’’ around to work with so that toghether we can pull up an ‘’10’’. If I’m surounded by nulities I mix myself in the crowd and simply watch others and if I can have fun doing it, I will. I can’t be accused of lack of interest, but I do remember the words my father used to say to me when I was young: "when you first time enter in a group, firstly learn who the stupid oneas are in there, so that you know whom to avoid. How do you do that? Make them talk". I generally respect everybody but I have an critical nature and I can be aggressive when atacked without reason. I hate to be wrongfully accused or to be ‘’executed’’ without a trial. I allways take full responsibility for my actions or words and I don’t take rush decisions. Usually I take at least three days before making an important decision and I never change an decision taken...even if I have to pay with my life.

Overeem Ali: Now that you shared with us so many things about the person behind the nick, what can you tell us about your history in the game? When did it started? Where have you been? What did you learn?
Zero: I started to play eRepublik in 2010. I don’t remember exactly the date of my first sign up. I wrote something on a blog and I found out about the game. My first experience in the game was not an succsessfull one, my fault 100%. I’ve made the error to mix my real life with the game . It didn’t turned out well so I made the request to have my account deleted and I had my requested granted. After about 6 months I camed back to the game out of curiosity, to see how did the game evolved... and I stayed. With my first account I did my military stage in the GN which I graduated as all the recruits, then I was invited in FSR, member of which I am still today. Once I made my second account, I already knew the mechanics and with some small attitude ajustments, I became to be the one I am today. A few times I also used my card but I’m no adicted buyer. I have reached the ‘’silver member’’ rank and I have no intention to become a ‘’gold’’ or more. I’ve learned a lot during my playing, but the most important one in my opinion is: real life must not be mixed up with the game. I am not the most skilled in strategy and politics in eRomania but given the fact that the game is based on communication between players, I believe I’d do an good job in a position that allows me to represent the romanian comunity.

Overeem Ali: Seems like you have anticipated my next question: what kind of miltary, political and diplomatic skills are required to become the leader of an country in eRepublik?
Zero: I believe that communication is very important in this game. Behind every account playing this game thereis an real person 100% free of the artificial constraints created around the game mechanics. One that knows how to communicate with the real person behind the nick, will succseed to communicate also with the entity that is frequenting be it an party or an military unit. The game is beeing dominated by customs that are to be fully considered when one tries to make changes. Maybe not many are aware of an very important side of the game: it is beeing played at an international level. Under such circumstances an leader must be able to motivate his team and all those that are following him, so that in the end foreign players to be forced to spit out between their teeth: "damn these romanians". No one is born with the skills, they are beeing gotten by exercise. If you are a skilled communicator you are surely to become an good strategist and a skilled diplomat. To be a leader is not about issuing orders for others to follow but is about knowing how to leasten, to evaluate and take the best decisions in the name of those that support you.

Overeem Ali: Let’s talk about alliances. How would you use the economic power, the military units, the firms and the military might of Romania, when choosing the alliances?
Zero: Like I was saying earlier, the game is beeing ruled by customs or old friendships. The alliances are hard to be built but they can break with a click. I wouldn’t try to reshape the alliances already in place for eRomania, but I’d promote the ideea of an alliance between the balcanian countries. I realize that this is somewhat against the current alliances but this would not be an alliance to be done overnight.I also don’t think it can be done in a month but I would glady make such proposal, firstly to the romanian citizens and given their opinion, the ideea could start to get shape or it could be dropped. About the economy module, I don’t think an country president could do many things. This module of the game is toasted and that is no fault of any player. It’s only Platos and his teams doing. I think I would encourage the players to build up their firms just enough to be able to self support themselves. If a player can produce for himself a bit of what he needs to consume, I think would be enough. The military units and the political parties are essential for the wellfare of the country. Without colaboration with them one could start play an different game like Tetris or Solitaire. The top military units and parties are run by brilliant peoples, but certain tensions between them must still be mediated and that is the president job.

Overeem Ali: How much attention will you pay to Bulgaria? What will be the course of actions in our conflict with them?
Zero: Even thou I said that I’d like to see and alliance of the balcanic countries, our relation with Bulgaria will be decided upon strategy debates between the military and political leaders of the country. For the moment I believe that the bulgarians are loving us like they would love the salt in the eye. It’s hard to improve the relation with them but it is not impossible. Let’s not forget that we were like brothers with eCroatia.

Overeem Ali: How will you manage to deal with the different interests of the political parties? What kind of mutual interests can you exploit?
Zero: I’ll answer to that in reverse order. The mutual interest of all is clear: eROMANIA. No matter how solitary one can bi in this game, the national pride for the empire title or hard to kill title, is unmatched. As long as the interests of the political parties are different is all good because that leads to competition. I will try to take all the good things out of their interests in order to offer them to the comunity. The job of a president is to pull out the best of the military units and political parties and to be impartial while mediating between them.
