Interview with the outgoing US President!!

Hello fellows, after so long months without an interview or a game for the community i decide that the time has come to make something new, i decide to make an interview with out amazing outgoing president - Kody5 , few hours before he leaving the white house he accept to let me make a last interview with him. This interview is super interesting and i really advice you all to read it, enjoy!




- Hello to Kody5, the former CP of eUSA, thank you so much for agree to make this interview with me, but before we start would you agree to introduce yourself first?

Hello, i am Kody5. The former president of the us. Ive played since early 2010 so ive been here a while


- Do you remember the first days you have started play at Erepublik, can you tell us shortly?

I do actually, i was 14 i think and all i did was troll the old ingame forums erep had here. I remember josh frosts first cp term and eventually i e died in china during operation lion king. I was a founding member of seal team 6 and i got kicked immediately for inactivity so thats a fun fact.


- What you love in this game so much?

I enjoy the interaction with people, it used to be a lot more which i definitely miss. Its also fun to plan strategy in a real time world with other leaders.


- Why did you decide to run for CP?

It was the last thing i hadn't done in the eus and i saw it as a fun challenge for myself. I enjoyed my terms and will consider running again later.




- How did you feel when you saw your won the elections?

My first election was a little close but it felt like an accomplishment. I campaigned like we used to in the old days for the feel of how elections used to be and it paid off.


- What is the things you wanted to change or do as a CP?

Media, Programs, and learning the military module. Im happy that 2 of these 3 things i think ive managed to complete. Programs are tough to implement i learned and im not an accountant so budgets are tough for me.


- During your terms as a CP there was a war in USA and many problems that were need to be fix how did you deal with it?

I leaned on vootsman, patanok, and thee dude for guidance and we did our best to win. lately we have been very successful in my eyes after the nap.


- What are you thing you have change if there was any between your first term to the second?

Things i would change is maybe i would've liked to write a few more articles and maybe get some programs down outside of vat.




- Before you end your term there was a high rise in the amount of wars that you as a CP declare, do you think its responsible to make such actions before you end your term?

we made a lot of war declarations against code nations alongside Asterian countries so yes i think it was. they werent solely made up by me or anything.


- Why did you decide to move on and let someone else take your place?

Patanok was interested in running and i believe in him as our next cp. I also didnt want to be around for 6 months or something like that, at least not in a row. I believe the most interested should be allowed to lead in a game like this. it helps the old heads from burning out and brings fresher blood into the lead. I understand Patanok is an old head as well though.


- Did you gave Patanok an overlap? Told him everything he should know when he was elected?

Yes but hes always been around in all channels im in so he sees and knows anything anyway.


- There is any moment in your term that you felt like you "failed" do something?

I have yet to get a real program up and running which i regret and will still try to push through.


- There is anything you have missed during one of your terms?

I regret not finishing my promise of creating programs but that is still under way.




- Did you work closly with other CPs in the coalition and out of it?

Yes i worked with all Asterian and hydra nations and beyond. We worked with Romania, Serbia, and Bulgaria the most as we tend to eb the spearhead for many ops together.


- What country are you leave behind?

I think ive left behind a more motivated and organized population than before, at least i hope. My goal was to make the game more fun overall for everyone and i think/hope ive done that. I think motivation and fun is important for a game that's as boring as this one. We all come back because we enjoy the people around us, our countrymen and friends, at least that's why i do.


- How do you sum up your experience as a CP?

I had a lot of fun being in control and learning during the last 2 months. It reminded me of when i used to play years ago and i got invested in the e world. Its a lot of fun when you like everyone around you and you're doing things you enjoy, which i did.


- what are you going to do after you will leave the office?

Well im leaving office to join a new on. I am vp for Patanok and i will be doing/helping with a lot of the same things i was doing before. So i guess ill just be around for awhile longer.


- If you could change or add ANYTHING to this game tell us 1 things you were pick to change/add and why?

I wish they would advertise the game more, new blood is needed. I also think its almost/pretty much impossible for new players to make a difference outside of air battles. The ground is reserved for 300k strength players+.


- Before we end, it is your last day as a CP, there is any last message to our readers, your friends, and the community that read this interview?

I would ask everyone whos read to give patanok a chance as cp. He knows what hes doing and will be a good one. I'd like to ask everyone to tell me how to be better.
