How long have you been playing?
-About 7 years. First 5 passive and last 2 years active.

What were some of your previous jobs?
-Now I'm 3th times in a row CP of Latvia. Before that I was MoD several times.

How is the eLatvian community now?
-Like can see in LV Society page in erep, then can se that average citizen level in eLatvia is 68, but in world 51...
In a few words...
We have demographic problems - we have old society. We would like to see more players in eLatvia.

What languages are used in eLatvia?
-Latvian.

What alliance is Latvia in now? Who are closest allies?
-Latvia is in Pacifica. I have to say that we have good relationships with all countries that we have MPP with, but the closest relationships we have with Hungary and USA.

How are relations with Lithuania?
-We had disagreements before, but now we have a TW that is going very well.

What were the last wars Latvia was involved in and how did they go?
-Last time where Latvia was involved was in UK. That was about 1 week long. 4 days there was preparation works and real war was 3 days. It was such a short event, as 4 countries conquered UK with a view to calm down them.

UK was wild?
-We have TW with Belgium and as neighbors they propose NE to Latvia.

How are relations with Estonia?
-We have good relationships with Estonia to. In the past, we have TW and also some conflicts, but now we live friendly.

How is the Latvian economy now?
-Unfortunately Latvia isn't the richest country 😀
Four production we have 25% bonus to food and 45% bonus to weapons.
Everyday tax income is about 20-25k cc
About half year ago that was only 15-20k cc
We have internal supply program, where country buy food from local manufactures and also we give compensation, if our players need move some companies frome region where is war.

How are relations with other neighbours? Russia, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Belarus.
-Russia, Poland, Sweden are in Pacifica to... so there no more to says.
With Norway, Denmark, Germany we don't have contact... and Belarus is under Romania occupation. With Romania we are neutral, but about Belarus it's hard to say, I don't know them well.

Has Latvia done good things to retain players and have fun in the community?
-Most of eLatvia payers (9😎 are use discord, it's helps a little.
Also we have government department - Ministry of Culture, where MoC make some interviews, competitions and more interesting stuff.

How do you see the future of eLatvia?
-I hope Latvia will become a small, well-organized, powerful country.
But to do this, there is a lot to be done.
