How long have you been playing?
-I started the game in the end of 2009. When I came on the game, France was getting wiped from the map by Spain and Lyne Faynel, the previous CP stole around 3k Golds (or something like that, don't remember precisely). We didn't have any alliance anymore and we just got our ass kicked by the "sapins."
I stopped the game in 2012 after being MoD several times in eFrance and even chief of the army and aSC of Terra, then I came back recently last september!

What were some of your previous jobs?
-As I just said before, I was kind of invested in the eFrench community ! Several time Minister of Defense, chief of the french army in 2011, aSC of Terra quickly, and now President of eFrance for the second time since my return on the game. But most of those jobs were between 2009 and 2012, then I left the game for around 6 years

What is France's alliance structure now?
-We don't have any alliance anymore, we were part of Orion until last october but a referendum was organised and french people voted to leave the alliance. We are kind of pro asteria. But my biggest dream would be to recreate the Entente.

Who would be in the Entente?
-Well, first of all, for those who don't know what the Entente is: https://wiki.erepublik.com/index.php/Entente

-I'm going to precise that this is purely a joke, we don't really want to recreate it but... this is just a game and it wouldn't be bad to get some fun in it for once.
Whoever wants to join us in this wonderful alliance would be accepted in it for sure ! Just propose yourself guys, I'd be glad to create it with a few more countries.

Can you tell us more about eFrance's glorious past?
-There would be so much to say ! Just watch this marvelous picture.

So, this was the great french empire there's a long time ago ! At this time, we had a great babyboom that we got on a french website. So it was clearly easy to invade our "sapins" neighbors and Canada.
We had some others great wars too, recently, we invaded Cyprus.

Who are sapins?
-That's how we call Spain 😛
"Sapins" is the french word for a christmas tree 😛

How are relations with Spain now?
-They are really good now but they were really bad for a long time.
As you can see, in August 2009, we invaded them, in december 2009, they invaded us.
Then, until recently, we were still foes and often invaded each other. Moreover, we were both often trolling each other, old players still remember calling the spaniards "JUAN ?" and spanish people getting obsessed by Alizée.

How are relations with Germany?
-They are good ! France is friend with almost every country that is neighboring it !

How are relations with UK?
-Well, that's another country with whom we almost always were friend, even if we invaded them sometimes before. They were recently part of Orion with us and left almost in the same time as us. We've got allies in common.

How are relations with Italy?
-Oh ! They were member of the "Entente" !
If they want to get back in it, now is the time.
We've got a training war with them, things are going ok !

How are relations with Switzerland?
-We're not speaking with them a lot but like our other neighbors, we don't have any problems with them.

How are relations with Ireland?
-We had a training war in common recently. We don't have any problems with them neither !

How are relations with Canada?
-Canada is one of our oldest friend, member of Orion so, we've got good relations with them.

Tell us about Orion.
-Orion was an alliance founded on April 25, 2015 by Canada, Colombia, Iran, Peru, Sweden and by us. Orion is a pro asteria alliance and we left them on november 2017 !

How are relations with Portugal?
-Old friends too ! Everything's fine with them.

How are relations with USA?
-We were often enemies and often allies. When they were part of Eden, we were affiliated to Phoenix but when PANAM/TERRA got created, we were together in the same alliance. Today, we are not in the same alliance but our relations are still kind of good !

How are relations with Croatia?
-Kind of good, nothing bad. Everything's fine with them.

How are relations with Serbia?
-Good ! They are good allies.

How do you see the economy in the game?
-Since eRepublik V1.5 (whatever the admins gave us after eRepublik V2 in 2010), this game is kind of broken, I clearly have a bad opinion about the "Work as Manager" thing. But the admins still tried to make it somewhat better with the holding system and the addition of more different types of products to sell (aircraft weapons, house's comeback...)

How is France's economy?
-This is clearly something you shouldn't ask. I guess in overall, things are pretty good. But my government wants to raise the taxes so we'll be able to give more money to our military units and so, finance the weapons and food of our soldiers. We called that the "Pacte fiscal" (people pay more taxes but get money in return because of their investment in the military module). But french people doesn't seem to like this idea, we already failed to vote the "pacte fiscal" in november but we'll try again this month.

Tell us about France's MU's.
-We’ve got two « big » military units: the « Armee Imperiale », led by the famous AlphaMFPEFM_Z, and we’ve got « Fusion », led by a guy called HeavenNoob. « Dragon la buse » is another important french military unit.
Those military units are all independant. They do whatever they want, but they generally fight to defend eFrance’s interests.

How do you see the social aspect of the game?
-This is clearly the most important part of the game. Its community is what makes me want to continue to play, because you're having fun discussing with the others players ! Without that, this game would clearly be pointless to play !

Is there other stuff you wanna talk about?
-PLEASE BAN REMS2A (just a private joke, he's just my vice president, he's one of the biggest noob in the eFrench community).

Can you tell us about eFrench politics and such?
-As you can see, I'm member of the "Entente" (yeah, same name and logo as the alliance !). We created the "Entente" with rems2a because in 2009 - 2010, rems2a was often trolling this alliance (just for example : https://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-entente-we-need-you--1560278/1/20 - But there's not a lot of things that this guy didn't troll), we wanted to create a funny party and that's how the idea of the "Entente" came, from our big love for this wonderful alliance that didn't even lasted long.
The "Mouvement Bonapartiste" is the biggest party in eFrance, it's clearly asphyxiating every other french party (they always have more than 15 - 20 congressists and you've got their support for the elections, you're almost pretty sure you won). But we like the member of the "MB", they are cool guys (well, to be honest, every french in this game is a cool guy ❤ ). The "Union des Libres Penseurs" can be considered as the "opposition" of the Entente, its leader is a noob (but we still like him as I said) 😛
Then, you've got the famous "Parti Koinmuniste", a funny party where you've got communism and ducks. I'm serious.
Finally, the "Amicale Noeliste Alcoolo Libre" is a party founded by the members of "jeuxvideo.com" (#18-25), eFrance made a babyboom there's a long time ago on this website and those guys just created their own party. It still exists today.
