and yes romania hurt the noorish treasury, though they gain nothing from it just the russians. also I am sure it was not their intention.
the president, he made mistake, also our congress, we should have secured the gold. though I must say I myself didn't believe we would lose gold through a resistance war. (probably the same with many other congressmen)

Why was this a tightly kept secret even after the news of Romania's war on russia broke?

WHY WAS THE PUBLIC NOT INFORMED ABOUT THE GOVERNMENT'S PLAN TO SELL LARGE PARTS OF NORWAY TO ROMANIA??

Even if you weren't afraid of the public reaction, it would've been beneficial for the wars. Norwegians wouldn't have jumped to the barricades to defend our homeland.


How much did they pay you? I believe this is an important question, because as far as the public is concerned you just gave away large amounts of our treasury and land for absolutely nothing.

@Justin Tyme: it pretty much stopped the battle hungry rumanians from fighting in argentina I suppose.
but probably individual(s) (groups of) romanians were still able to help argentina, also maybe some of its military.

@ wannabe communists/russians and peace agents: now I am rumanian? first belgian? I am old player, seen a lot, been in certain interesting economical, social and political situations in different places of eworld. at the time norway was big and powerful I was great fan, I looked at them with admiration. also I was foreign minister of old switzerland and negotiated with the noorish for alliance.. the very same alliance which was used as excuse by militaristic peace (then MA) countries to destroy our holy mountainstate.

now I have joined the noorish ranks, and I will do all I can to keep norway out of peace hands, also I will do what I can to keep good relations between norge and rumania. hostilities between us could lead to great disaster. next to that atlantis has no use for internal struggle, we have great real threat to deal with.

This article is wrong. Russia did not get 400 gold from Norway they got 1000 gold.

They got 660g from when Romania attacked Moscow and they got 398g from when Romania attacked the Northern Region.

So it looks like Romania is costing Norway a lot of money.

Why doesn't Norway put all the gold into a treasury account, much safer there.

Also how does a country get so much gold? Germany has squat in terms of gold, all the gold we have is donated by players.

Russia do not want to go against Norway by itself. We just want our territories back and you (Norway) must help us because those are ours. Your president is a very dumb player, so I hope Norvegians are not like him. Inanis speaks things he doesn't understand himself and knows nothing. People try to explain him the reasons of these conflicts but he doesn't seem to read it. So I can't understand why Norway is against Russia? Because of dumb salve? Or because of Inanis, who knows nothing about the matter?
Why you accuse us of stolen gold? Romanians started these wars, not we. Your president knew it, he let them do the RWs and gave the gold himself. Accuse romanians for stealing this gold from you, not Russia. And try again to understand who started first. And Jazar is quite right.
Now the best point of Norway people is to stay at least neutral or help us to release our regions.
