In The Fray

Day 1,395, 07:42 Published in United Kingdom Belgium by Veruvia

I had hoped this article would contain better news but, unfortunately, it does not. The current Irish-Canadian wars have proven to me that there is a great deal yet I still need to learn and appreciate. It is only by stepping back and learning from those more experienced, wise and learned than I can be equipped with the necessary tools to truly represent the United Kingdom in their quest for success, respect and glory in global politics.

Had this article been in better circumstances, it would have been to announce my intention to run for the office of Congress under the banner of Every Single One. I would have done so proudly and I believe that I would have represented my constituents with the necessary expertise and appreciation of the role as any of other candidates. However, the United Kingdom is facing a military crisis. In a matter of days, we have lost Northern Ireland, Wales, the South West of England and the South East of England. In these times of war, it is my opinion that we need the most experienced and most learned people in seats of power in order to ensure military success.

Only through a combination of diplomacy, political unity and military strength can we return fire on our Canadian and Irish enemies. An attack upon London is imminent and the prospect, the very hope that London will remain the fortress it has been, is dwindling like a candle nearing the end of its wick. These skills, this necessity, is of greater importance than my political ambition. Indeed, my political ambition is second to the good of the United Kingdom and the will of the British people.

It is for that reason that this article is to announce that I will not be running for the office of Congress, contrary to my earlier desire. However many regions we may hold should be placed into the hands of those with the skill, the desire and the passion to march into the front lines of war with their constituents and say "This is where we make our stand. This is where we show the world that we bow to no man". There are many around me who are of great and most vast experience than I am. I urge all political parties to consider this. If you run candidates, run them in the knowledge that they have the experience to deal with any crisis that may face the United Kingdom.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is a sad day for Great Britain, not because I am not running but because the decisions we have made as a country may lead us yet to destruction. May the leader of this country, his cabinet and his Congress reflect upon this words and think - what do you want to be remembered for? For a political crisis or a historic victory?
