¿¿ Porque con una mayoría simple Platón no deja destituir al CP ??

La explicación es sencilla, el congreso no escoge el presidente, el presidente se escoge por elección directa, y por lo tanto es independiente del congreso, una mayoría simple no lo puede destituir, si fuera así no habría que hacer elecciones en CP lo escogería el congreso directamente.

¿Entonces en una situación como la actual donde el congreso es hostil al gobierno, como puede el congreso hacer un impeach sin llegar a la mayoría del 66% de que se requiere ?.

Haciendo trampa, es la única forma y eso es lo que quieren hacer, violentar las leyes de ER y con una mayoría simple cortar toda posibilidad del gobierno de hacer nada autónomamente, saboteando la propuesta de "techo de gasto" que daría un presupuesto razonable al ejecutivo para tener una política propia (y diferente a la que quisiera un congreso hostil).

Así se pretende aprobar una ley que ahogaría económicamente el ejecutivo, lo que a efectos prácticos sería lo mismo que un impeach, pero eso si con mayoría simple en lugar del 66%, como no pueden hacer un impeach porque no llegan al 66% hacen una ley que tiene el mismo efecto pero con la trampa de sólo aprobarla con mayoría simple.

No ignoramos que el ejecutivo sale por elección directa y por tanto, tiene la misma legitimidad que el congreso, no podemos dejar que secuestren al ejecutivo para intereses partidistas.

En resumen, lo que intenta la oposición es un impeach encubierto con
el añadido de que en caso de controlar ejecutivo y congreso se podría legalmente poner un presupuesto deshorbitante y expoliar legalmente el país.

L'explicació es senzilla, el congrés no escolleix el president, el president s'escolleix per elecció directa, i per tant es independent del congrés, una majoria simple no el pot fer fora, si fos aixi no caldria fer elecciona a CP, l'escolliria el congrés directament.

Aleshores en una situació com l'actual on el congrés es ostil al govern, com pot el congrés fer un impeach sense arribar a la majoria del 66% que es requereix?.

Fent trampa, es l'unica forma i aixo es el que volen fer, violentar les lleis d'ER i amb una majoria simple tallar tota posibilitat del govern de fer res autonomament, sabotejant la proposta de "sostre de despesa" que donaria un presupost raonable a l'executiu per a tindre una politica propia (i diferent a la que volgues un congrés ostil).

Aixi es pretén aprobar una llei que ofegaria economicament l'executiu, cosa que a efectes practics seria el mateix que un impeach, pero aixo si amb majoria simple en lloc del 66%, com no poden fer un impeach perque no arriven al 66% fan una llei que te el mateix efecte pero amb la trampa de només aprobarla amb majoria simple.

No ignorem que l'executiu ix per elecció directa i per tant, té la mateixa legitimitat que el congrés, no podem deixar que segresten l'executiu per interesos partidistes.

En resum, el que intenta la oposició es un impeach encobert amb
l'afegit de que en cas de controlar executiu i congrés es podria legalment posar un presupost deshorbitat i expoliar legalment el pais.
