Just letting anyone who works for my company Igloo Igloo, that I plan on changing the pay scale because we recently moved to a Q3 housing company.

First off, I want to thank all of the workers that I have at this company. I want to let them know that I am going to start giving discounts on Q3 houses for employees only. The discount will be $75 off of a house, so when you are ready just contact me and we will get you a house.

I also want to let you know that if you have a wellness of 100% and have a presence of 90% over a 2 week period, I will pay an extra 15% of what your current salary is.

One last offer I have is for any referrals for new employees, I will pay you $50 if the employee you get to join works for more than 2 weeks.

Once again I want to thank everyone for this accomplishment and lets continue to grow and sell lots of houses so we can all make money.
