Notice: I love this Game and love playing it but one I am confronting thoughts I have had for the year since I have been playing.
Notice: Admins- you can tweak all of these things , for my thinking is incomplete and I am hoping that you can fit the pieces

Dear Admins,
There are many flaws with your game. First off I am going to talk about Organizations (everything will connect with itself):

They suck. You can't delete them- and wouldn't you want that considering the spend gold and it would disappear? Notice this should be only through the creator or administrator of the organization Anyways the reason I suggest being able to delete them is because organization purposes with names [With my organizations- the name states the purpose or place] etc. that people might need. You should be able to get a small gold return.
When it comes to the Government Organizations, they HAVE REALLY FAILED *cough* Franco*Cough*. The process that is needed on "socialized/nationalized organizations" should be this:

~a Congressmember proposes to create an organization or make a pre-existing organization a government organization.
~ In order for best security, Government WOULD ONLY BE ABLE TO DONATE TO AN ORGANIZATION THAT IS CONSIDERED A GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION
~ The Newly Classified Government Organization does not have an email address- there should be no password, the only act ,such as donating and etc, that can happen in these organizations are things that are proposed and confirmed with the government.
~ Gov. Organizations can have Designated Managers (continue reading)
~ The Socialized/Nationalized Organizations should be listed under the subtab of "Country Administration"
~ Organizations cannot donate unless Congressmen passed a proposal on the receiver,the amount, and the product/currency.


With Organizations Perio😛
~ (This is the privatized version of the Government owned Organization's Voting system)Have split ownership. Meaning that the creator of the organization can sell a portion of his organization for whatever price (invest at your own risk). Then allow owners to propose to do things with funds or sell companies -etc. but the number of votes depends on the percentage of the organization you own. This shares of these organizations shall be sold on the market- and be labeled stock market 😃 (Take this idea from here Erep,but there's more I can say)
~ Get rid of email addresses for individual ones- the Organization should be connected to the creator.
~Designated Managers that can log into companies ,but not the organization.Also have it to where as the people to the password to organization can access everything ,unless one has sold part of their organization, then things are bureaucratically done and take awhile (just like reaellife- ha!)

Designated Managers will be people that can:
1. Be able to deposit money into the Company's Account
2. Withdraw money ,yet the money goes into the organization's account - which the Designated Manager cannot access unless he has the master password to the organization.

Here's What All managers should still be able to do:
1. Everything a manager can do already while still including what I mentioned above.
2. Be able to send mass messages to their employees because public relations is very VERY Important in this game. (Actually anybody that is in charge of parties, businesses, and etc. should be able to do this)

Advertisements: You honestly shouldn't be able to see your own advertisements. Think about it. I spent my hardworking gold on this and it costs me per impression and every time I see my impression of my own advertisement - I die a little inside because my own advertisement is being spent on my self.

I have SOOOOO MANY BETTER IDEAS AND MUCH MORE I CAN SAY BUT I HATE PRESENTING IDEAS THROUGH NEWSPAPERS BECAUSE IT ISN'T AS EASY AS A PRESENTATION WITH SOMETHING LIKE POWERPOIMT OR JUST DISCUSSION.
