Ideas about Improving Pakistan

First of all, This is not a congress candidature, just some ideas about Improving Pakistan.

1. Training Wars. We need to get one. Malaysia vs. Philippines is the most obvious and best choice. As a founding member of Sol, it would make a lot of sense to participate in these. however, we might come into some conflict with Indonesia, our long-term friend, as Malaysia and Indonesia have bad relations. I'm sure they would not mind, but we might want to watch out about that. However, we will need to get the money for it, which brings me to my next point.

2.An Independent Food, housing, Wood, and Grain sector. If we are to get the money for a Mpp, we need to get taxes. Food, and Grain are our strongest industries, and although grain already has it, food needs a Monopoly to help local business owners. The import tax should be raised to 99% so our food owners can flourish without competition. Our wood sector is not fully developed yet, so I would let it develop before giving it a monopoly. There are no houses on the market, but that should be put when our wood sector takes off. As for the rest of the Resources, we should set up some Offshore companies for Iron and Oil in High resource countries so they can import cheap Oil and weapons for our Manufacturing sector.

3. Stop the TOs. The #1 problem in Pakistan these days is the constant PTOs which divert all the nation's power into stopping them. I have a simple solution for it: Give 2 regions to India. These two regions would be the North west Frontier and Sindh. they have no border with Iran, so Iran would not try and take them, and they have no useful resources, so it does hurt our economy. Baluchistan would stay to support our wood market, and Punjab needs no explanation. With only 2 regions to manage, we would be able to control our congress more easily, and it would be harder for TOers to get in and win the congress elections. The only problem for this plan is getting the money for the declaration of war and the attack.

4.Enforce a Congress medal tax. PDC has already taken measures, but I think the national rule should be 3/5 gold should be donated to the Republic of Pakistan treasury, or the congressman shall not be allowed to run next elections, and will not be recognized on the official Pakistani forums. This would raise funds immensly, and would help us get funds for a Q5 hospital or a Mpp for a training war.
