I'm sorry that I need to inform you we are dealing with complete idiots.

When I was reading "anti-fraud specialists", I've laughed so hard!
Of course I won't upload any personal documents on their "secure" server!
For your information: my card uses TAN verification; it's sheer impossible to charge my VISA card, even if someone knew my CVV Number, because after you place your order and insert all data in the fields you get re-directed into the interface of my bank. Then a code is received via SMS on the registered mobile phone number and only after you input this code, the bank verifies the payment. In countries where every SIM card needs to be registered, where security is tight, fraud in this kind of fashion is simply impossible; one would need to know my credit card number, my CVV number, have my mobile phone in possession or my SIM card and the PIN-code.
I'm sorry your Infantry Kit will arrive with delay, nothing I can do about it. Please feel free to send a ticket to game-support and ask for confirmation!
