Join the new world

Hello everyone,

As reigning MoI I am aware that many people are counting on my ministry's actions to provide our eCountry with the much needed injection of new blood into the game. Based on my actions alone I can -NOT- guarantee such a thing, and why? Because it's all up to -You- [And I'll explain why] and here is how you ALL are going to turn this eCountry aroun😛

#1:
Bringing new people into the game cannot be done by one person nor one ministry, it's something everyone should attempt to do.

#2:
Don't count on others to join up for MoI and make a Babyboom appear out of nowhere, contribute yourself and your spare time if you can. As much as I'd like to, I cannot address each and every one and provide roles, this has to be a communal effort, we'll draw out the guidelines for the master plan in general and have each and every single player try and contribute as best as he can.

#3:
Got an idea? Got a talent? Make yourself known, I promise to make sure people will be rewarded for exceptional effort towards this goal and I know I can stand behind this declaratoin as this is the number one priority set by the current CP for this term!

#4:
Talk amongst yourselves. Solve this issue, drive it forward. If you don't, who will? This is not a dream, folks, it's a vision - eIsrael can double it's size this very month. It's all up to you, make this happen for your own sake.

So why MoI? Why have a ministry? Well, we are of course going to be organized, we'll pick up the pieces and reconstruct everything a MoI needs - Food Drives for the new players, Mentor-Newbie program, Publishing division and so on and so forth - Each project needs a core of people that can make it run like clockwork, I won't have a project managed by a sole individual, this is a recipe for disaster. Every project will have co-leaders and when one is offline or not available, the project goes on.

Therefore, I am calling for a warm up meeting in #Isr.Moi!
It will be -THIS Friday- 16:00 Israel local time. Spread the word around and remember to show up, if not to sign up then just to listen. We can end this month with an unbelievable outcome and it will be all thanks to you and you and you. Yes, you!

בתור ראש משרד הפנים המכהן אני מודע לכך שהרבה אנשים סומכים על פעולות המשרד שלי שיספקו לאי-מדינה שלנו את הזרקת הדם החדש שהיא זקוקה לו. בהתבסס על פעולותיי שלי בלבד -אינני- יכול להבטיח דבר כזה. ולמה? בגלל שהכל תלוי -בכם- [ואני אסביר למה] והנה הדרך שבה כוווולם הולכים לשנות את האי-מדינה הזו מקצה לקצה:

הבאת אנשים חדשים למשחק לא יכולה להיעשות על ידי אדם אחד ואפילו משרד אחד, זה משהו שכולם צריכים לנסות לעשות.

#2:
אל תסמכו על כך שאנשים אחרים יתגייסו למשרד הפנים ויגרמו לבייבי-בום להופיע משום מקום, תרמו את עצמכם ואת הזמן הפנוי שלכם אם אתם יכולים. עם כמה שארצה, אני לא יכול לפנות לכל אחד בנפרד ולחלק תפקידים, זה חייב להיות מאמץ שיתופי, אנחנו נשרטט קווים מנחים לתוכנית העל באופן כללי וכל אחד יתרום כמה שהוא יכול.

#3:
יש לך רעיון? יש לך כישרון? תיידע את עצמך בפניי, אני מבטיח לוודא שאנשים יתוגמלו על מאמץ עילאי למען המטרה הזו ואני יודע שאני יכול לעמוד מאחורי ההכרזה הזו מאחר וזוהי העדיפות מספר אחת שנקבעה על ידי הנשיא המכהן עבור הכהונה הנוכחית!

דברו ביניכם לבין עצמכם. תפתרו את המצב הזה, תניעו אותו קדימה, אם אתם לא תעשו את זה, מי יעשה את זה? זהו לא חלום, חברים, זהו חזון - אי-ישראל יכולה להכפיל את גודלה בחודש הזה בלבד. זה הכל תלוי בכם, תגרמו לזה לקרות למען עצמכם.

אז למה משרד הפנים? למה שיהיה משרד? ובכן, ברור שאנחנו נהיה מאורגנים, נרים את הפיסות השבורות ונבנה מחדש את כל מה שמשרד פנים צריך, תרומות אוכל לחדשים, פרוייקט חונכות, מחלקת פירסום וכו' וכו' - כל פרוייקט צריך גרעין של אנשים שיכולים לגרום לו לתקתק כמו שעון, אני לא ארשה שפרוייקט מסויים ינוהל על ידי מישהו אחד, זהו מתכון לאסון. כל פרוייקט ינוהל על ידי מספר שותפים וכאשר אחד לא מקוון או אינו זמין, הפרוייקט ימשיך לעבוד.
