I miss the BEP

I miss the BEP

There. I’ve said it. Like many fellow citizens I have read the various articles produced by the BEP membership over the months with varying levels of incredulity and hilarity. These guys were entertaining, their beliefs were ludicrous and the response to comments seldom failed to raise a smile.

The last round of PP elections where the candidates blew a spectacular amount of gold advertising almost constantly for a week was a case in point. Your manifestos were great to read. Grand Admiral in particular seemed to have a world view that was entertaining. But now you’re gone. I for one am sorry and feel that eUK politics is a less colourful place without our rightwing friends.

The eUK is a small country. We need every citizen we can get. If the “pto” makes even one of the BEP members quit the eUK then it’s sad and weakens us as a nation. We need a nice welcoming place to put a certain group of people in and the BEP was that asylum. Now the gates are open and the wardens have gone home. Some of these patients could stray overseas and their work, fighting prowess and bizarre world view will be lost to us forever.

But to those who wish to rebuild the BEP I’d like to urge you to reconsider. Your party is gone. No band is as good when they reform, and the BEP tribute act that’s starting up provides nowhere near as much entertainment as the original. It was a good thing, but now it’s over.

So long guys.
