I'm Not a Thief - Updated!

This will be the first article I've posted in the eAustralian news section. I've been wanting to write one for a while but up until now I haven't had a topic. Unfortunately for me, it's a topic I'd rather not have to write about, but I have to. I'll keep it short.

- TheBlackAdder's Companies -

So this is what happened... I moved to eAustralia last weekend from the eUS. I'm not shunned from the eUS or anything, I just wanted to get away from all the confusion and get back to the basics of the game. So anyway, after I moved to eAustralia it wasn't too long before I found these 4 companies up for sale for 10 Gold each. They were all in high productivity regions and 1 was even a Q2 company. I immediately bought these companies up and started pumping my own money into them to run them with.

The very next day I get a message from TheBlackAdder and it looked like he was accusing me of an April Fool's joke... Someone had apparently gotten into his organization's account, stole all of his funds, and then posted all his companies for sale for 10 Gold each. This person even took the 40 Gold I had bought the companies with. It baffled me that someone would even do this. It's a pretty bad April Fool's joke in my opinoin.

So in order to clear my name, I just want to say that I did not do anything wrong or immoral here and that I have talked with TheBlackAdder on IRC and we sorted things out. I offered to sell him his companies back for a full refund but he said to hold off on that until he can find out exactly what happened. So for the time being I will still have ownership of these companies and am just going to do my best to keep everyone employed.
