That was the fake Gaius Julius created many weeks ago. The account was the source of a phishing scam aimed at Congressmen. It messaged all congressmen and referred them to a fake forum that was supposed to be Fortis/Eden. Upon registration with the forum the users names and passwords were used against them, I noticed the scam and with the help of a fellow Congressmen began to warn all other congressmen. Most had no damage with the notable exception of EvanTheAwesome who was scammed and the scammer logged into his account and stole a considerable amount of money.
