I'm Back-with a new approach

So I've decided to use this paper and my position as Ambassador to eBolivia to take the paper in a new direction. eBolivia is a very small nation, with no congress, but a very active meta community. Because they don't have congress, their news feed, as well as forums and IRC channel are full of bits and pieces of everything else going on in South America as well. So, since most eUS players' attention is focused on the big stuff, I'm going to start using my paper to spread the good word from down in eBolivia.

To start with, two things going on down there:
1) eBolivia believes they have rid themselves of their PTO party. They apparently aggressively reported multis, and got several banned, and scared the party itself out of eBolivia. It seems to be slightly unclear whether all of the players and multis have left or not. They are currently debating going back to actual, multi-party in game elections, and away from forum-run Unity elections (hopefully we'll get there one day soon). A major eBolivian party, The Strongest Party (TSP) was set to vote on the question today. I will keep you all posted.
2) They recently conducted a census of eBolivans. They asked everyone to fill out a survey, as well as join a facebook group, nominally to ensure that multis were not counted in the census. Several loan and supply programs will only be open to citizens who responded.

On a more broad, South American note, eArgentina's president is trying to air strike Great Britain. Maybe Spanish being my second language made this seem a little whackier than it is, BUT, from my understanding of the situation, the eArgentine president is real life butthurt about the Maldives, and soon after joining eRepublik decided that his goal here would be to see eArgentina invade the eUK, since in the real world, this will never happen. Today, on the anniversary of the Maldives war, after 4 years of fantasy, he is trying to make that a reality. He seems to think that all Argentinians have also continued playing this browser based game with the same goal in mind. We'll see what happens.

That's all I've got from South America for the moment. Please vote, comment, and/or subscribe and let me know if you like this new spin, don't like this new spin, or really don't care.
