I'm Back and Broke

Day 1,153, 21:15 Published in USA USA by Chris Stanwick

Six months ago, I left eRepublik permanently. Well, we can all see how permanent that departure turned out to be. I did manage to have a real life for six months, though, which is quite a long time for an addict. Yes, I am addicted to eRepublik. Many of us are, it is a very difficult game to quit permanently. I have already seen several old players that are on their third or fourth revival.

Thanks to my old friend, Pfeiffer, I was able to return to the US and regain most of my health. However, I am still broke because I gave away my entire fortune when I left the game last July. Hundreds of gold and thousands of various currencies along with my food, weapons, houses, and companies were dispersed amongst close friends. I left myself nothing, hoping that the thought of starting over would keep me away.

It didn't and now I'm broke. Cleared out. Zeroed account. Nada. Nothing. Most of my eLife, I was a philanthropist, donating funds and items to literally thousands of players. During World War III, I personally donated over 2000 moving tickets to US citizens fleeing incoming enemies. For the first time in my eLife, I must rely on the goodwill of others. Please, if you are able and willing, contribute to getting me back on my feet so that I can begin making money again. I greatly appreciate everyone's help. Thank you.

It's great to be back!
