And then... why we give regions to Latvia in order to conquer Finland?

Estonia's government supposedly wants to ally with the State of Finland? Estonia wants to join the State of the State of Finland? What is it about? Why is this news in the media is Finland? How this relates to Finland? This is a useless piece of news, because there will be no impact in Finland.
