I am running for Tequila Fitness Club Party President
Ryoushi
Fellow Members,
I am proud to announce that I am running for Party President of the Tequila Fitness Club. I believe that I am the best person to lead the TFC forward and turn it into a stable force in Japanese politics. I have been a member of the TFC ever since it was resurrected, and I have represented the party in Congress for two terms.
I am running against Origineel.NL, who re-joined the party he founded two months ago, and received the presidency by default when no1kevlin resigned. He deserves a worthy foe in this election. I will now list for you what my plans are for TFC, and why I believe you should vote for me.
-Better Cohesion On Election Day: Tequila Fitness Club has never been well-coordinated on Congress election day. In fact, I don't know how we manged to win so many seats in the past two elections! I will message every TFC member and find out who is available as a mobile voter. I will also find out which of those mobile voters will be available at the midnight deadline, and will ask those voters to join me in IRC so we can coordinate last minute votes. This is what Japan's major parties do, and TFC should be no different. I have spent the past three elections watching the final hours closely and studying how other parties coordinate. In November, I placed a vote for Seixo at the last second that won him a seat. Being a mobile voter and a mobile deadline voter will be important criteria for deciding who gets our support for Congress in the future.
-Larger Role In Japanese Politics: I am one of the few members of Congress who is respected by members on both sides of the aisle. I have strong connections with members of both the current administration, and the outgoing Godzilla Party. I am uniquely suited to making sure TFC continues to be represented in high-powered government roles. Currently our only cabinet member is kuroiunmei, and he has done an excellent job of bringing attention and respect to TFC. One of my priorities as party president will be to expand our influence in Japan's government.
-Clear Criteria For Congress Support: If I am elected party president, TFC will be a democracy. An important job for every party president is choosing which candidates to throw votes to. I will make our selection process transparent and fair. Candidate support will be based on: party loyalty, activity, and past work as mobile voters. Depending on how many strong candidates we have, we will rotate support from month to month to satisfy as many people as possible.
-Increase Membership: I will work hard to increase our membership by contacting new Japanese citizens, as well as building relationships in IRC and getting already-active citizens to join us. I am a regular in the #eJapan IRC channel and idle in there 24/7. This is different than Origineel, who never uses IRC, and as a result, is sometimes out of touch with the community.
You will notice I have not said anything about political issues or a party platform. I am committed to Tequila Fitness Club retaining its focus as a "free thinkers party" full of respected Japanese citizens. I believe if you look at my career as a politician, I have embodied what it means to be a member of TFC. I am respected by both sides and have taken on initiatives such as Operation Wiki, which has been praised for its accuracy and lack of bias.
I will not force any members to think or vote a certain way. My goal as party president is to create an infrastructure for growth, and a system that motivates people to get involved and speak their mind. I pledge to work my butt off to accomplish these goals. Please give me that chance, by voting for me on January 15. I will not let you down.
-Ryoushi

While I hope nobody considers this meddling by an outsider, I consider Ryoushi one of my good friends and a great congress member to work with. Best of luck, and I look forward to working together with you in the future as Party President!
Good luck!
Goodluck Ryoushi !
Good luck! You have my support.
Shame your political party is corrupt!
vote and support!
@Neon Seravee - You do know that the corruption part of TFC left and joined ISP, right?
Beyond that, good luck to both candidates going for TFC's Party President role!
N1 Aogo. 😛
Good luck~
I'll vote for you if you'll be my friend!
@ Aogo Right, and Fno Cox was a member of the Democratic Party of Japan before he proposed the impeachment, then resigned his seat in congress and moved to the eUSA. Anybody can join any party and start posting. As outgoing party president, I do not support no1kevlin in any official role due to his actions with the TFC. You of all people should know that joining other parties when your real loyalties might lie elsewhere is a distraction for democracy.
One campaign issue that isn't mentioned in Ryoushi's article: how will you determine party support in the country presidential elections?
The same way that Origineel did it this month: by popular vote in the national forum.
@KITA I'm sorry for misunderstanding your stance on no1kevlin.
I've yet to see you decry the actions of Koppanyi and his attack against the democracy of Japan. You may cry of distractions all you'd like, but you won't even take a stand when democracy is attacked. Please let me, and the rest of Japan, know once you deal with Koppanyi and his ilk.
Further, you slander me at every chance, yet you lack something: PROOF.
Please point out where my loyalties have not been with the ULJ. I've worked hard in ULJ to move forward with a more unified vision (while maintaining distinct individuality) to allow for a more recruitment. Ask Ember, we've brainstormed what we can do for the party, what philosophies we should concentrate on, and how to grow membership.
Again Mr. President, I constantly and consistently leave questions for you to answer, and every time you neglect to answer them. Please take the time to answer the questions.
I can definitely vouch for Aogo being a true Loli. He has always accepted my guidance, and has been a great help to us. I value his membership, and believe him to truly be one of us. He has done nothing to go against the Loli spirit. Kita, please, back off of him. He is a good Loli, even if he does sometimes tend to fly off the handle a bit. I'm known to do that myself, but that doesn't make me any less of a Loli, now does it?
