That time of the month again my beloved citizens, foe and friend. I know it's not the one thing most look forward to but there's no escaping it : electing the president of our little country.

So here I am again, presenting myself as the candidate for April. Will there be a lot of changes? No. No shiny presentations, no glorious promises, just honesty and my sense of fair play to keep our country safe and on track.

As in previous terms, any decisions or investments I make will not be at the expense of the eBe treasury. Any spending from that treasury will have to go through Congress first.
