It'll largely depend on how "For free" switching will work. If I still have to use something like 2700 health before I can switch and only than am able to switch without having to pay some cc it COULD be interesting. However given the mechanisme in which damage done will be calculated chances are huge it ain't rewarding to switch to div 1 or 2 for a lousy gold piece. The costs would outweigh it a lot.
Only if I can, at any moment, switch for free it could become a valuable addition and a thread for players in lower divs. Then again; The amount of BH's needed in D1 or 2 to have the investments back compared to normal gold buying will be that high it won't be profitable.
My estimate is that it will only be used in large scale battle to make an epic in a lower division. That's been going on for a few months now as you may have noticed and this will only support that to go on.
It's no use for starting players or in general the average player in D1-3 to mingle in that kind of battles for a BH as it will largely increase your XP.
The advice to train and therefore be able to, in time, gain gold trough BH's and be of influence in normal battles and support gameplay without using RL money therefore stands as a rock. This pack only affect the huge spenders of RL money.
You can switch division for free. Damage done will be max hit of someone with highest hit in the battle.

You can do so with the skin as well. That is the first one per day. For that you need to inflict a certain amount of hits (in my case roughly 260-270). I don't call that free 😉
After that you need to pay 500,1000 or 2000 I believe to switch to D1-3. I think the offer for free switching only removes the cc payment. in that case my reply stands.
If I can switch without paying cc AND without inflicting hits in my own div first it could be rewarding yet than also I doubt it as my dmg/hit is low and the amount off kills to be done to gain as much gold as via direct order is rather high. Especially when counting the investments in food/weaps needed and therefore subtracting from the gain as well...
Point is that someone has to hit a high hit first before you can deal a decent amount of damage. That means you need to go around 'stealing' BHs. Now we know that doesn't always end well.
The pack is better suited for having a reach in all divisions when it comes to securing walls.
