Hurrah! Once again it's that time of the month - eyes will flicker and skim down articles like greased lightning. Hands will hurriedly move the mouse-pointer to the 'back' button, and the creaky sonata of the scrolling-wheel shall fill the air. Yes, you got it, it's the day of Dubhthaigh's Congressional manifesto!

I'll try to write something short and snappy to prevent too much of the above mouse usage!

Statement of Intent.

One: Lobby for reduced income taxes across the board, whilst encouraging the diversification of government income.

Two: Iron out kinks in the system - including perceptions about the constitution and who does what.

Three: Offer an experienced and practical viewpoint on Congress issues.
