Hurry, and migrate your skills wisely!
HuCard
Today, Day 957, will be the last chance to migrate your skills! Employers and employees alike, make sure you get in contact with one another to coordinate your companies' advance into v2 as efficiently as possible!
In addition, it is important for our nation to consider the global situation and to plan in a way that will fill the niches of the world market to make Belgium gain importance as an exporting nation and as a magnet for foreign investors. Take a look at this site:

As you can see the most under-represented professions so far are Carpenter and Project Manager.
Carpenters will be responsible for the roofs of houses and hospitals. Roofs, as it just so happens, will determine how much health the building will recover. Especially for hospitals this is the main and most vital aspect. Carpenters will ergo always be in very high demand, and if we're unfortunate enough to get V2's new war module, hospitals will occupy an even more important role than they do now as they would have to be placed in every region to ensure that people who fight can also heal. Even if armies ignore hospitals and solely tank with wellness packs, they will still be needed to ensure that civilians don't find themselves into nothingness.
Project Managers on the other hand will handle the itinerary, which determine the moving distance of moving tickets and are therefore the very point of the product. In addition it is them who handle the area of effect of defence systems and hospitals, vital for the former and very important for the latter.
In other words, these two extremely important positions will as it seems now often be left empty once v2 comes along. Though of course the most immediate action should be Belgian company owners instructing their workers to migrate according to their needs, we ought to ensure that we will have an equal distribution of skills and an abundance of Project Managers, Carpenters, and to a lesser extent also Architects, Builders, and Marketing Managers.
Also take a look at the situation in Belgium to make sure that our productive capabilities are at their best:

Voted. It is good to see an intelligent analysis of how this affects our country.
Hospitals are not in high demand, carpenters will have a hard time finding work in our country...
If anyone actually bothers with the war module their demand will rise, for civilians will need to have access to one in the region where the fighting is taking place lest they want to pump gold into wellness packs.
I presume that countries will not bother with hospitals for their armies and just give them enough gold to heal themselves, but it would be very unpleasant for a country if post of its people are stuck at 40 wellness, hence I could see them investing in hospitals at least in select training regions.
