Howly's final words; thanks for all the fish

I have been pondering about this decision for quite some time. I have been spending my time playing a game where I for the first 4 years did get something in return; the sheer challenge of actively changing the world, even if a virtual one, via words. Now, that I have accomplished everything, been hated & loved, I believe it's time to say: farewell good people of eRep.

I have done everything I wanted, was everything I could be and beyond that I actively shape-shifted a game while being a real nobody. Having nothing to compare myself to the strongest eRepublik players, those that pay to be somebodies. I am a winner, yet I still lose. State of a winner is a temporary pose. But in the end we all lose.

Without the presence of a strong enemy, there's no challenge. And without a proper challenge, there go my hopes of playing an interesting game. The drop in quality will result in drop of desired people playing this "admin simulation".

Current in-game situation has nothing to do with my decision. As a matter of fact, Croatian attack is a positive thing for the Slovenian community. The simple fact I deem this game as a huge waste of time while getting nothing out of it in return ... Sajonara.
