We need blockers! As many as we can get!

By the slim chance that any new players are reading this, in congressional elections every party must have at least one candidate per state. For this reason, if a party does not have a candidate running for that state, ANY player who runs in that party will automatically appear on the ballot. If there are more than one candidate however, the Party President gets to pick who runs. For this reason we must make sure a safe American is running in every state in every party, which is where blockers come in.

Blockers are citizens with no intention of winning the election who run for the purposes of filling up all the holes so enemy PTOs have nowhere to run their candidates. And for those of you lazy citizens like me out there, ITS REALLY REALLY EASY. It might be the easiest way to serve your country ever. Best of all, it makes you cool.
