How to Survive in a PTO Environment

Introduction

Recently, I have been hearing fears of a PTO (Political Take-over). A PTO, although it is bad, doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world for eIsrael. It usually affects countries with a small number of players. I would say Israel, with about 1k players, has a medium risk of being PTOed. The rebels will have a harder time to take over the government from a larger nation, say the United States, because of its larger player base and will have to resort to persuasive measures. In this article, I would like to share with you on how to survive individually should our great nation be under a different mask.

How Governments Work

In order to counter an anti-Israel government, we need to first understand how government and taxes work in eRepublik. Government has many powers. They can ally with other nations or declare them their natural enemy. They can also set the tax rate on various items, for example, an income tax on jobs employed in Israel, and the sales tax when a player buys in the Israeli market.

Naturally, a PTO government will want to benefit itself, that is, its members. They will try to set the tax rates as high as possible to steal the most money. They can change the minimum wage to exorbitant amounts so they can income tax it. They will choose to ally with the countries they want and set the “campaign of the day” to what they want. Once eIsrael’s coffers are filled with ill-gotten treasures, they will drain that bank and run off (or stay and farm Israel). It is completely unethical. Fortunately, that are counter-measures we private citizens can take to minimize the damage.

Tips on how to survive a PTO’ed Government

1) Don’t listen to what the Government PTOer says.

Do not listen to anything the anti-Israel government says. If “Israel” is allied to some counties, do not fight for them. If the CP (Country President) issues a “campaign of the day” do not listen to him/her. Follow instead, to orders issued by your MU, since they are outside of the political structure, or to trusted friends on the wall (Joe Franco, danis1982, Sergeant Autumn, etc).

2) Do not work in Israel

Since the stolen government can change the wages and the income tax, do not, and I repeat, do not work in Israel. Go to another friendly country (Greece, China, Croatia, etc) and apply for work there. If you need money to move, contact your friends or the following people above.

3) Boycott the eIsrael Market

The political take-overed government can also change the market tax rates to its favor. Therefore, *do not* buy anything or sell anything in the eIsraeli market. Anything you buy or sell there may be taxed to the max and the revenues given to corrupt leaders.

Instead, buy from a friendly EDEN country. Move there, get a job there, and buy there.

4) Don’t change your citizenship

Your citizenship is partly the heart of who you are. Just because the official eIsrael Government fell doesn’t mean you have to change your CS (citizenship). Stay eIsraeli because every eIsraeli CS gives hope to a New Israel and allows eIsrael to accept more citizenship applications and thus grow stronger.

Conclusion

Should there be a time when eIsrael is conquered from the inside, do not despair. There are tips we can use to minimize the damage and give nothing to the enemy. Have nothing to do with the fake “eIsrael” government and stay connected with other fellow eIsraelis. The true Israel stays with each person; it survives in each person’s heart. The miracle of RL Israel becoming a nation in 1948 is because its people trusted in God and never gave up hope.

“Who has ever heard of such a thing? Who has ever seen such things? Can a country be born in a day or a nation be brought forth in a moment? Yet no sooner is Zion in labor than she gives birth to her children” (Isaiah ch66 v😎.
