How to profit from RWs [Guide]

This will be my first ever article in which I will share some thoughts and ideas where the new(and old) players may profit some extra gold. This is also my first real article so it might not be of high quality but I hope I can enhance my technique over time.

So now without further ado let's get into it.

While it cannot be denied that earning gold nowadays is a lot easier than in the past(when I first started playing this game about 7years ago), however there are still difficulties especially among the new players. There are many methods that gold can be aquired. The easiest way to earn some is of course by daily working twice(Q1 house is a must for everyone so I really recommend you buying it). You earn ~17k cc weekly by spending ~5.5k cc. But in today's article I will try to give some tips on how to profit from RWs.

There are two main points(medals) which we will be discussing in the article today : Resistance Hero Medal and Freedom Fighter Medal.

Freedom Fighter Medal - FF Medal

The Freedom Fighter Medal is given to players who make a certain amount of kills on a certain amount of campaigns by fighting on the Resistance side. The numbers of kills/campaigns to gain medal is as stated below:

First Medal 25 kills on 3 Resistance Wars each
Second Medal 50 kills on 3 Resistance Wars each
Third medal 75 kills on 3 Resistance Wars each
Fourth medal 25 kills on 4 Resistance Wars each
..........
Sixth Medal 75 kills on 4 Resistance Wars each
..........
22nd Medal 25 kills on 10 Resistance Wars each
23rd Medal 50 kills on 10 Resistance Wars each
24th Medal 75 kills on 10 Resistance Wars each

After the 24th medal comes the 25th(xD), however the 25th medal will not require you to fight in 11 Resistance Wars(according to the pattern) but the counter will be reset back to the beginning and you will gain the 25th medal for the same amount of kills as first medal which means that every 24 medals the counter gets reset. 26th medal will be the same as the second medal and so on until the 48th medal. The 49th will be reset again .
The reward for getting a FF medal is 1000 cc

Resistance Hero Medal - RH Medal

Now this medal is a bit more tricky since it involves a bit of risk (in fact quite risky if you are not well informed about it). To earn the RH medal you must support opening a Resistance War which costs 1000 cc per person excluding the costs of traveling. The Resistance War will start as soon as 10 different persons support the opening of that RW. If the Resistance War is successful and the region gets liberated each of the 10 supporters will gain the RH medal and 5 gold as reward.

But how do I know which regions will be liberated you might be asking. Well there are three(four) ways to get you few RH medals.

First method- Shouts

You might have a lot of friends on you eRep friendlist so you might just shout asking for someone to give you information about a region soon-to-be liberated. Or there might even be some people asking for supporters on their RWs especially on the country feeds(but not rarely even on the friends feed) so keep an eye at the feeds.
However you must be careful that the person asking for it trustworthy and will not scam you by asking you to support a RW which will fail.

Second Method- RH lists/docs

There are some people who keep RH lists/docs with RWs that will be successful and they might just give you access to those RWs in exchange for some cc. I heard most of them charge you for a certain amount of cc per month but I saw someone (now he no longer plays) charge 0.25 gold for each RH medal you earn due to his lists. I currently do not know any person who makes RH lists so if any reader knows one please mention his/her name in the comments below.

Third Method- Do it yourself

I myself get the RHs using this method. The easiest way for this method is to use eRepBox RW Hunter.
Pay no heed to the first page you see there and skip to the second. There you will see some rows are colored in green and some in pink.




The green colored rows shows RWs that might be able to be opened even the moment you see them (but not necessarily since the resisting faction might have opened a RW on a different region). The pink colored rows are regions that can not be opened yet, but on the right side you can see the timer when they can be accessible. Even the the pink colored rows might not be 100% accurate since the resisting faction might already have an ongoing RW at the time but you can just check the campaigns' page and see whether or not the resisting faction is at war.
As you can see from the picture some RWs have (+) and some have ( X ) on the history section. The ( + ) means the last RW was successful, the ( X ) means the last RW was unsuccessful(pay no heed to the ( R ), not very important for us). The more ( + ) you see in the history section the more likely is that region to be released (since it is most likely a Training War ongoing there), while the more ( X ) the more likely is the RW to fail so try to evade the ( X ) as much as you can.

Fourth Method- Luck

Whilst I really do not suggest you trying this since most likely you will lose your 1000 cc by doing this, perhaps you might just get lucky and support a RW that will be successful.
