How to make eMoney?

I got the idea for this article, watching the sinking of my ecompany. Yes, it's my first ecompany and yes, I'm still without big experience in this game and yes, I don't spend to much time on the net, but how to make eMoney?
Producing the efood, have a good potential since all the eplayers must eat. on the other hand producing the efood, have bad potential since many eplayers are producing efood. Price are going down and up according to offers and requests on the market. So, what I do not understand?
Raw materials could be bought for 0.46 IDR and food could be sold for 0.66 IDR. The salaries for 0-1 skill level players are 1.5 IDR and they could produce 2 food units, which make loss of 1.1 IDR per day per person. Am I calculating wrong?
Am I a bad manager?
So, according to all above, I wonder what should we expect and how strong should be company to survive.

It's normal. Low level citizens never give you profit. Take 6 med-level and 2-4 low-level, and you'll get some money back.
