How to get a loan!

The Bundesbank is able to give out loans in DEM to citizen and companies. We will not give out gold at the moment because we need it for our country right now.

Citizen:

- maximum 300 DEM
- interests are 8 % per week

example:

Citizen A receives a loan of 100 DEM for 3 weeks. Mean he has to pay 100 DEM + 24 DEM interests after 3 weeks.

Companies:

- maximum 1000 DEM
- interests are 10 % per week

example:

Company A receives a loan of 500 DEM for 4 weeks. The company has to pay 500 DEM + 200 DEM interests after 4 weeks.

you are right. This loan is without compound interest (Zinseszins)... just pm me and you will get the loan

What if someone does not pay the money back? I also wanted to start a bank, but I think noone will pay the money back, because there are no sanctions in the game.

actually i'd like to know that would work. I'm pretty young but i'd like to have a house, to raise my wellness and earn more.

hmm .. if i think about it ... a bank to get interest would be great and maybe a bit of stock trading. would be great i think ..
