I read a very good article in an American newspaper which explains the factors for a good wellness value...I think everyone in Germany should read it because it is very helpful to understand the influences and interdependences on wellness:

---> Wer in einer Level 3 Company arbeitet sollte food Level 3 essen und ein Haus besitzen oder in München leben, da dort demnächst ein Krankenhaus steht, dass ebenfalls pro Tag + 1 Wellness erzielt
Kankenhäuser, wie auch Häuser erhöhen je nach Qualität den Wellnessfaktor q1 +1 q2 +2 q3 +3...
English:
(working in a lvl3 company) - 3 + (military training) -1 = - 4 Wellness a day
(food lvl3) + 3 + House (+1 depends on quality 1=+1 2=+2 3=+3) + (Hospital in your city same like the house) = + 4
---> if you want to stay on the same good wellness level as a worker at p4f(q3) you have to eat level 3 food and to live either in Munich or buy a house...if you have both you boost you wellness every day +1 or just buy level 2 food...
Jeder Mitarbeiter meiner Firmen p4f oder health food, der nicht in München lebt kann einen Kredit in Höhe von 200 DEM bekommen, damit er sich ein Haus kaufen kann.
Kreditbedingungen: Der Kredit ist nach 100 Tagen abgezahlt, da das Gehalt um 1 DEM pro Tag reduziert wird. Man kann es auch eher (80 % des Kredits nach 20 Tagen, 50 % nach 50 Tagen, 20 % nach 80 Tagen) zurückzahlen. Danach bekommt er natürlich wieder die Erhöhung um 1 DEM pro Tag.

Conditions of the loan: salary will be reduced by 1 DEM and for the next 100 days or they can pay it back earlier (50 % of the loan after 50 days 80 % of the loan after 20 days 30 % of the loan after 70 days....) and will get + 1 DEM
