The wrong choice in the wrong time can make all of the difference in the world or in your wallet. So its up to you to make the right decisions.
As you probably realized that cheating and stealing isn't the proper way to get rich, why? Well it can certainly get you rich fast in no time however once the banhammer is down there's no going back, everything you've built so far is going to vanish into thin air. So how to earn money? That's the reason you are reading this article and I'm going to show you now.
The way to get richer is
houses. You are probably thinking in the moment about producing and selling houses. Well, that's not what I had in mind. Didn't I mentioned in the article that it was easy way and producing is not easy considering that there are many things that can go wrong. What I really meant was buying houses and if you are still wondering how that can make you rich let me break it up for you.
With activating a house you get 1 overtime point per hour, which is 24 per day and 24 points are needed to work overtime. Current average high pay is 210cc and since house is activated for a week we must convert that in weekly wage which is 1470cc. Now that we know the budget we have to buy new house we can easily do it without fearing that we will lose money. Q1 houses are between 940 and 1000cc depending of the time of the year and various stuff like wars but lets take the highest value 1000cc. You can buy Q1 house for 1000cc which would bring you extra 470cc income, plus you get extra 50 energy to be refilled. Buying higher quality houses isn't recommended, since you wont achieve any additional income.

I see you are the tycoon of erep. Maybe you could give us some suggestions, where to put our money, if we have, let's say 50; 250; or 500 gold? I'm curious. Your opinion is highly welcome.
if you have 50, 250 or 500 best gamble is to invest in raw producing factories however you have to keep in mind that they require lot of storage
