How do you leave this game?

Hello eCanada!

So... This must be the 3rd time I officially announce I'm leaving. This time, however, I'm fairly sure it'll be the last. I've made sure it is, anyway.

For quite some time, now, I've been puzzled with this problem : I know I have no interest whatsoever in this game anymore, but somehow, it's nearly impossible not to login at least once a day. I'm sure many of you have had the same problem, say, with a TV show that you didn't like anymore but just kept watching anyway, because, heck, if you've watched 7 seasons of House, you might as well watch the 8th, no?

Anyway, I won't pretend I didn't have a lot of fun, especially back in the days of IRC and of my involvement with the CAF High Command, a bunch of pretty awesome people.

This game simply doesn't have the appeal and the community it used to have, because, well, we're all getting pretty busy with real life projects, aren't we?

A few thank you's are in order, obviously:

1- The CAF : I've been part of the CAF for most of my eLife, all of my good memories in this game are from there. A great community, and I strongly urge you, if you're new to the game, to contact Chochi to see what the CAF can do to help you get ahead in this game.

And, in no particular order:

-Chucky Norris : For giving me my first officer position in the CAF. Thank you!

-Jfstpierre : For putting up with a lot of crap while being an efficient bureaucrat and an awesome person. Thank you!

-Nucksalltheway : You're pretty awesome. Thank you!

-Beeman : You're pretty awesome too. Thank you!

-Chochi : For being the guy who still wants what is best for the CAF. Thank you!

-TemujinBC : For giving me my MoD position back in december... was it 2010? Thank you!

-To the current and past members of the CAF's High Command: You guys are great, and gave me my best times in this game. Thank you!

And of course, countless others have influenced my time in this game, some were helpful, the others made stuff interesting! Rolo is a great eCanadian Hero and Patriot, whatever other people say.

So, how did I make sure I was leaving? Simply enough, I have sold everything I had and donated everything to a few random newbies who received somewhere between 30 and 100G worth of CAD each and to the CAF, which should have received upwards of 400k CAD total by the time my gold offer is bought out. Considering I've grown used to not having money problems, that should keep me away.
