How did the CFC come to be?

How did the CFC come to be?
An interesting question, with a very long answer.

It started back with the CPP and the CPF. The CPP was controlled by Tom Hagen at the time, and he had become President of Canada. Shortly into his term, he became very inactive, and was eventually impeached by congress. In the process, his account was hacked, and the eCanada Forums were deleted. John Wilkmot, Alexander Rearden and many others re-created the forums in a matter of hours, and were up the next day. The next month during the Party President elections, Derakor took over. The CPP was getting less and less candidates in congress and was becoming more and more inactive. Weeks later, the CPP reformed into the CCF (Canadian Confederate Front).

Shortly after, Augustus Baldwin took over the CPF, and reformed it into the CEP. Despite all of the negativity towards this action, the CEP didn't loose very many of its members and infact expanded in the coming weeks. When Augustus Baldwin took over the CPF and reformed it into the CEP, Joey Phillips branched off and convinced Struck Last May to allow him to reform the Commonground League (Lead by Struck Last May) into the PPC. 1ronman, followed, and became the Vice-President of the PPC. Soon after, the CCF fell apart, most members quit and joined the PPC, including Derakor. In the following Presidential Elections, PPC's Candidate, Derakor got annihilated, and CEP's Presidential Candidate, Bruck fell behind Zanalan.

In the following Party President Elections, 1ronman took over as acting President of the PPC, and Joey Phillips became the Vice-President. Now, the CEP Party President Elections were quite interesting. Cesar Augustus was winning by a few votes for the majority of the day, but by reset, him and Bruck were tied. Bruck won because of his higher experience level. During the coming days, 1ronman released many press release's, and reformed the PPC. Shortly after, Bruck proposed to the new PPC Council to support him in the upcoming Presidential Elections. Days later, on IRC, the PPC Council determined they would support the CEP. The night 1ronman was writing the Press Release, an idea hit everyone on IRC, the CEP and the PPC would form the first ever Canadian Coalition. While 1ronman continued writing the press release, the PPC Council, Bruck and Gofarman determined the name would be the Coalition for Change (CFC). The article was posted, and here we are. The first ever Coalition in Canada
has been formed, standing against the biggest party in Canada, the Canadian Social Democrats.

Who will win the Presidential Elections? Who will dominate congress? Who will control Canada? Its up to you, the people!

President of the PPC,
1ronman
