Housing Taxes, Export Licenses
Archibald
There has been a lot of clamoring lately from business owners to increase housing taxes, but I have been hesitant to do so because, frankly, housing is still very expensive. Q1 houses over 200 USD? That's much more expensive per production point than any other industry. Q2 houses at 360 USD? Same deal there. I'm going to send a proposal to Congress to raise housing import taxes now, but domestic companies need to try harder to be price-competitive. Seriously, those profit margins are huge.
Export Licenses
I am going to start a program where the government will pay half the cost of an export license for any company that can show me a country they can export to where they would make significantly more profit per sale than they do in the USA. Basically, I want the company to show they can come up with some funds for the export license and that they understand what they're doing. Send me a message with the number of products your company would have to sell (being the best price on their market) to get the revenue return on the 25 Gold cost of the export license.

My 2 tax proposals for the day are used up, so I will send the housing proposal to Congress in the morning.
sounds good archi
I love Justin *Spam Comment yay!*
is there something you dont love of justin 🙂?
I\'m not sure when you looked at the price of houses but yesterday the price of a q2 house was around 300 USD. You seemed to catch it almost at it\'s high point, actually.
That being said, thank you for looking into this and I think your idea for export licenses is a great one.
Wil you reimburse me for half the export licenses I bought and paid for on my own? 😛
Over the last 6 days, the Average Domestic Q1 Housing Price is: $280.62
Dropped the price of my Q2 House down to 340 yesterday and it sold within a half hour. People never get to see (or compete with) lower prices because the consumers are so quick.
I think I did some Salary calculations a few days ago, and they told me it costs 230 to construct one, so yes, it\'s profit.
mabey it will help, still, housing is more of a luxery then a nessesity for most, only untill you have aQ4 job and skill level of 6.00+, a house really isn\'t much, it doesn\'t give much wellness for the price for a Q1 are just too much for the bonus, plus if your in a Q1 or even a Q2 job, a high q food will cost you way less then a house will...
\"International Economic Council
This group will survey the world economy. By taking into account foreign countries’ taxes, general stability, exchange rates, and market supplies/demands, it will make suggestions to the President about with what countries the US should pursue trade agreements. It will also survey the effectiveness of the US’s current trade agreements.\"
^ something like that you mean, Archi?
Why don\'t we just set up trade agreements instead of government-funded export licenses? It\'d save us money, and give US an opportunity to export as well, where we need it at least.
Really you want to stabilise the economy in such a way that the average daily wage is enough to purchase 2 Q2 food with mone left over. Even if this leads to hyper in flation as the outcome you should agree a nationally upheld act of collusion in which all product prices are lowered and salary\'s are cut proportianately.
In other words vote for the goon presidential candidate.
Don\'t you still need a license even with an agreement, Beeen?
Yeah, but I think he\'s trying to say agreements would make people interested in putting money into exporting. True enough, I think quite a number of GMs have the money for that.
