Up till now I've been able to offer houses at a discount price by selling form my organization, since it's the only way I've been able to avoid using the marketplace (and thus avoiding VAT 😉
)
So now with orgs going away at last, and with house production halted, I'd like to clear out the houses in my org.
So to keep this simple, you send me a message with 1000CAD attached and I send you a Q5 house. Currently I have 15 available 🙂

1000? I bought 3 houses for under 400 each a while back. I was going to buy another one or two, but the change hit earlier than I thought. If you're willing to go down in price, I'll buy.
2450 is the current lowest price on the Canadian market. If 1000 CAD is to expensive for you considering that, then I think your living to far in the past.
