It has only been a few days since our first hospital was completed and sold to Moscow. The workers in Headshot Hospital and Winter Wheat have recieved a bonus from the sale of the first hospital, as Pushkin promised them. (I know about this promise because I was an employee at Winter Wheat until Pushkin asked me to take over his companies for him.)

We are already well on our way to completing our second hospital. It has been only a few days but the second hospital is already 1/8 complete. This is due to the higher skill levels of the employees the second time around. The second hospital is slated to be bought by St. Petersburg for the benefit of our employees there. It is our hope that all of Russia's regions will soon be equipped with hospitals for the benefits of our citizens.

Yes, partly. Hospitals make it easier for everyone in the region where the hospital is located to maintain their wellness. (But as our first SpetsNaz recruit, I had also sent you a gift which should have boosted your wellness some.)
