Hospitals - where should they go

Day 730, 09:34 Published in Australia Australia by Manic Frenzy

Where we place new Q5 hospitals is where they can be of most benefit and security.
Sounds rudimentary in its simplicity, doesn't it.

1) The first criterion is how many eAustralians it can benefit.
This suggests placing hospitals where there is the most population.

2) The second criterion would be where which region of ours would be less likely to be lost to an invader of war mongering fanatics intent on regional assimilation of surrounding regions to their own.

So lets look at the statistics.

1) By population of seven regions - 09:00 Nov19 Day 730
This is the gross population of each state and does not account for foreign residents.

1227 - NSW          - Q5
686   - Victoria      - Q5
580   - Qld             - Q5
315   - WA             - Q5
170   - SA              - Q5 coming
91     - Tasmania
62     - NT

2) By regions of foreign borders

WA - South Africa, KwaZulu Natal
        - South Africa, Eastern Cape
        - Indonesia, Lesser Sunda Islands
        - Indonesia, Java

NT - Indonesia, Papua
       - Indonesia, Maluku islands
       - Indonesia, Lesser Sunda Islands

Qld - Indonesia, Papua

Conclusion
From history - there has only been one invading force - eIndo
From geopolitical stresses and the fast moving PTO's and armies of the world - South Africa could be an invading force if it was so nefariously planned by opportunistic groups.

As an enation of lower population by comparison to other enations, we can only hope to defend against marauding eIndo with the help of others.
To defend against South Africa is a possibility by our own might.

Personally - we can never be free from eIndo unless the tectonic plate theory moves a lot faster than the span of our life time. Moving a continent at a few or many kilometers an hour is beyond the scope this new world. To find a continual understanding with eIndo in this eWorld of eWar may never be possible, but it may be something worth striving for. Even if it is just a simple neutrality that can be discussed in the future.

As for the next Hospital - South Australia seems prime.
The government can always direct it's loyal citizens to proportionally move to another region of ours to secure against PTO's and make the best use of hospitals placed.
