Horse PotUS: Season Three

Day 3,415, 16:10 Published in USA USA by Derphoof

Dearest Americans,

It is my honor and privilege to present to you a renewal of “Horse PotUS” for the third season. I’ve greatly enjoyed producing the first two seasons of Horse PotUS, and I hope you have enjoyed being a part of this equine journey. We look forward to pleasing the nation with the planned season, and we hope the nation approves its renewal.

Anime was a mistake

Smaller Government for a Smaller Game

It is no surprise to anyone active and reading this article that the game has gotten drastically smaller over the years. Citizen count, damage, elections, media, and much more has taken a big hit in activity and interest. More and more people are signing in to click a couple buttons, rather than to engage with the community.

The Derpy Administration has taken steps to reduce the size of our government to fit the size of the modern-day game.

We’ve reformed our citizen welfare programs, encouraging more activity on the MU level, as opposed to citizens filling out forms. MU’s are the lifeblood of our nation, and deserve to be treated as such.

We’ve repealed the Constitutional Appendix in order to be able to give money straight to MUs and their soldiers in times of war. As such, we have closed Arm America, due to continued months of low usage, in favor of directly supplying MU’s and their soldiers when needed. This will let our soldiers receive aid, regardless of their filling out a form or not.

New Foreign Policy Direction

This administration has spent the past two months cultivating new relationships, to gain new MPPs, and to switch up our foreign policy. This will position our nation to be able to take more successful direct action on the battlefield, and to help new allies in their pursuits. Yui has been doing a great job in this area, helping to create these relationships and advance our interests. Such talks have already lead to one significant regional development.

In the coming days, we will have an MPP vote with Canada. Pending approval by Congress, this would be our first MPP with the frozen tundra in approximately four years. More regional developments are in the works, as well.

Just as well, we have had internal discussion in our administration and in private congress about MPPs with a few [REDACTED] nations. It is my hope that everything falls in place this next month to further these discussions and execute our foreign policy in a timely manner, pursuant to the approval of Congress. So, if you’re in Congress, get ready for a fun month of heated debate.

War Update

Our Training War with Canada will soon come to a close. Overall, it has been a great success. Citizens from both sides of the border had fun trolling each other in the media, as I got to write a story, and Gnil uncovered a weird nudist Canadian home temple… thing. Just as well as trolling, our citizens thoroughly enjoyed clobbering each other on the battlefield. But, all good things must come to an end.

This battle in Saskatchewan is likely to be our last full NE battle. We will be starting peace proposals, and an MPP proposal shortly thereafter. We may be able to start one more NE battle, but the peace proposals will cut it short.

To close out the month, we will have multiple RW’s in Canadian regions.

Top top it all off, this war cost the United States a whopping $0 from our treasury and Canada got to have their full Congress.

This administration has spent $0 on wars, meaning our treasury has been building and taxes have easily been able to stay at the lowest possible 1%, a victory for your wallet, and the nation’s coffers.
