Ask Blizzard (World of Warcraft servers) what happens when they find bugs. Yup, you guessed right, like a payed service they fix the problem, now, let's see how Chilean "Visa players" react to this.

If you are gonna give a "service", at least, give a decent one, or fix the bugs, because this problems may reduce your income if this happens to another eCountries.
