Hi! Meet arhangellord, he is one of us

Day 3,393, 04:36 Published in Japan Serbia by BastovanSurcinski
Respected all. And everyone else.

This is the first of the articles that I will be publishing during the following period. I will try to get us to know each other a bit more than we already don't know each other (man, this sounds much better in Serbian, really it does...).

For the first article let me introduce you to arhangellord. The guy I personally respect because he was always there to help me, even when I didn't ask for it. The conversation was done in Serbian, so I had it translated.

So let us begin!

In every man's heart there are two wolves fighting: one for love, the other one for hate... the winner will be the one you feed more!

- Since I'll be publishing this in English, would you like me to ask in English straight away, or should we do it in Serbian and I would translate it afterwards?

- Now you forget about my English 😃
Can't utter a single word, I studied Russian 😃

- Excelent! We'll begin then.

Tell us something about yourself briefly, who are you, where are you from, your age, or whatever comes across your mind.

- I'll be writing, and you put it right.

I was born in Germany in 1974, living in Republic of Srpska, a war veteran without a permanent employment. Working on interior works construction, such as walls, floors and ceilings. Due to the nature of my work and the fact that during the winter there is not much to do I have found myself among you, guys, in between these pixels, killing the winter boredom.

Even though I have many friends in RL, I have managed to find very good friends here with whom I started meeting and making RL gatherings shortly after I had registered.

These friendships are the only thing that had kept me for so long in this game and it really saddens me when I see that many of the players have left the game so there's no more hanging in the chatrooms, planning of our next moves in the game or simply talking about RL stuff, celebrations, problems, etc.

- How did you manage to sign up for eRep and which moments do you hold dear in your memory, good and bad?

- I was just browsing the internet when I stumbled across the link to eRep and so I have found myself here. I might not have stayed in the game if there hadn't been a message from Ceda.mj inviting me to come and join them in the chatroom where some organized hitting had been agreed on.

Spending time together in those chatrooms was crucial for my decision to stay in the game.

The most beautiful moments in the game, save for those when we would manage to win a battle, are the ones related to RL: birthdays, when one of the players would get a child, get married... and even when someone would defeat a hard illness with great support from the players... from the other side of the screen.

There were bad times in the game, but they are not worth the mention... except that I am sad to have so many good friends, players that had left this game.

- Why Japan, how did it come to that? And what keeps you in Japan now?

- The thing that we didn't like the most in eSerbia were all those constant fights for the throne and the constant quarrels amongst the players of the ruling parties and the opposition... we were seeking for an adventure... we set a goal to ourselves to free Japan that was under ROC at that time and create a peaceful community for playing and hanging out... that goal wasn't easy at all, but it was a challenge... it took us quite a while to get there... hours and hours of planing, hard work and things that we had to give up on, all the wake nights while we were keeping an eye on a battle... giving weapons away on the channels... but we managed to do it, with the help of our friends, of course.

The memory of those days and the bond that we, players, had created, is the only thing that keeps me and a couple of my friends still in the game.

- What do you like to drink and eat the most? You can back it up with pictures 😃

- When you hang out with your friends in the nature (mostly fishermen), a drop of good šljivovica always comes in handy.

I like to cook and eat mostly fish soups, as well as the other meals that are prepared in a kettle in nature with good friends... and to water that later with wine and soda.

And here are a few pictures of what I like to do in my free time 😃

- Excellent! Give us some music that you like!

- Oh, I like all the music... I like foreign less because I do not understand the languages, even though some melodies of foreign musicians know to get stuck in my head because of the music.

I might be listening to covers our old songs . Here's one by our folk group Trag:

Or Katyusha, for example 😃

And here is one old song that I'm always glad to hear:

Cheers!
